Fig.1 shows details of a Jack Vice in first angle projection, which before use can be bolted. The components
are assembled as follows:
The boss (2) is forced fitted into #40mm hole of the main body (1) until it les flash. The lock nut (3) is then
mounted on top of the boss (2) until it lies flash. The main screw (4) is then engaged with the lock nut and boss
and turned until it ies 10 mm below the top of the main body. The pad (5) is then pressed on the 18mm part of
the screw. The vee shaped part should face upwards. Let the whole length of the 18mm fit into the pad (5). The
bolt (6) is then passed through the 30mm slot of the main body (1) so as to anchor the Jaxck vice into a table. The
handle (7) is fitted into 9mm hole of the screw (4), With all parts correctly assembled, as indicated above, draw
full size the following views in first angle projection.
