Introduction

I am studying English because I like to learn about another cultures and

as Noam Chomsky said “A language is not just words. It's a culture, a

tradition, a unification of a community, a whole history that creates what a

community is. It's all embodied in a language.” (Chomsky, 2011)

In my English learning process, I find difficult the oral expression because

I feel that I do not have enough vocabulary or because I get confused with

some grammar rules and sometimes I'm afraid of making a mistake. However,

I think that I am good at writing.

My expectations for this course is to learn more vocabulary and grammar

rules and improve my pronunciation. Also be able to talk more fluently in oral

presentation and lose the fear of making mistakes.
