Dear Kabir, After reviewing your brochure, | have a few slight adjustments. First off, the material in the product is great. Everything seems accurate and it offers great information about customer retention, and | personally did not understand how important these strategies are. However, there are just too many words. | am not sure about your requirements for this project, but its very long and difficult to read. Secondly, make sure to reorganize the information so that when the brochure is folded, it actually makes sense. Right now, folding it would put the information in the wrong spots. Lastly, there does not seem to be any conclusive statement from this brochure. There's no conclusion that explains the impact of retention. You should add a part that shows what to do with this info.
