GTA CATHOLIC EVENTS

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS 2019

 
1. Leadership Team – lead organizers – design, plan and execute all GTA Catholic Events.

2. Praise & Worship Team – singers, musicians and worship team leaders provide music
ministry. Worship Team leaders design, plan and execute music ministry for all events.

3. Hospitality/Membership Team – members and team leaders provide welcoming/friendly


environment, foster meaningful and positive young adult connections/friendships/community
during events with all participants.

4. Volunteer Coordination Team – members, Volunteer Assistants, Volunteer Coordinators help


support all event areas. Volunteer Coordinators recruit, train and manage all event volunteers.

5. Spiritual Events Team – members help out with spiritual activities like rosary, prayers, Mass,
Adoration etc. Members can volunteer as lectors, ushers etc.

6. Social Events Team – members help out with social events. Leaders design, plan and execute
all social events.

7. Special Events Team    - members help out with special events. Leaders design, plan
and execute all formal/fundraising events.

8. Social Media/Website – members design promotions, ads, events (Facebook,


Instagram, Twitter, Eventbrite, website etc.) and maintain website.

9. Blog/Newsletter - members write for monthly blog and monthly


e-newsletter. Leader is the Editor.

10. Photography/Videography – members take photos/videos at events, edit and post


social media.

11. Entertainment/Speaker – members assist and coordinate all details for


performers/entertainment at events. Leaders design, plan and execute entertainment
program.
