1st presentation report ( malhawa , centre for local agriculture promotion)

Arrival and departure :

 team of 5 left for babaganj at 12.00pm .
 reached the venue at 1.30 pm .
 Left for lucknow head office at around 5.30 pm and reached around 6.30 pm to report the days work
to Aditya sir .

duties and management :

 ranjeet pandey was present along with centre coordinator and f.d.e
 centre owner made sure proper cold drinking water was available for arriving farmers .
 Farmers started arriving after 12.30pm and by 1.30pm around 30 farmers had gathered for the
meeting.
 Meeting started at 2.00 pm in attendance of 35 farmers .
 Mr. Gaurav started the presentation and stated the objective and asked questions from farmers .
 Mr. ravi Prakash was next speaker in line and stated the project and full detail of what is going to
happen and when , through a systematic flowchart and explaining properly about the same to the
farmers.
 15 minutes break for farmers in which they were served refreshments .
 Mr. abhinav was third and last speaker stating the importance of soil testing and making farmers
aware about our plans for testing and how it will benefit them .
 Mr sunil and mr took turns to capture the full meeting on camera and keep records in video format of
the meeting for future use .
 Mr. sunil and centre owner rajesh yadav was responsible for card distribution and individually gave
away farmers cards .
 After the meeting concluded all the members of team and the farmers went to near by field to gave a
demo of how to take the sample from any land and what things to do and what not .
 Cold drink and snacks were made available by Mr. sunil singh and centre coordinator .
 In all more than 40 farmers attended the various parts of the meeting .
