Samson, Vice President, Caraga Association of Business Permits and Licensing Offices (CABPLO), requesting this office to facilitate the communication to all LGUs regarding the scheduled seminar on April 19-20, 2017 at the Balanghai Hotel, Butuan City. The main highlights of the activity is the assessment in compliance to JMC No. 1, Series of 2016: Revised Standards in Processing Business Permits and Licenses and election of CABPLO Officers. In relation to this, all City/Municipal Mayors are encouraged to send their designated Business Permits and Licensing Officers to the said event. All DILG Provincial/City Directors and City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers are directed to cause the widest dissemination of this issuance and ensure attendance of all City/Munieipal BPLO-designate under their respective areas of responsibility. ‘The payment for traveling expenses and applicable three thousand peses (3,000.00Php) registration fee per participant chargeable against local funds may be authorized, subject to the availability of funds duly appropriated for the purpose, to the usual accounting and auditing equirements and to all other pertinent laws, rules and regulations.
