Project Title: To Study the operational challenges faced by the logistics industry with special
reference to INROADZ.

Targets for the week: To do research on the operational challenges in the field of logistics.

Achievements for the week: Got basic idea of the on field clallenges in operations of logistics
and in our company inroadz.

Future work plans: to do research on challenges of logistics industry and also prepare
questionnaire of problems faced by logistics industry people.





Days / Time

Monday: Orientation and Introduction done with the company staff.

Tuesday: To get the basic idea about the logistics industry, its overview and the general industry
and the issues faced by it.

Wednesday: To make a word document on the general scenario of problems of logistics industry
and to interpret them.

Thursday: To add data in word file by further research and studying basic 8 problems of
logistics industry.

Friday: To study further problems and also planning for questionnaire making and its related
data.
