    INSTRUCTIONS

    TO LAWYERS AND PARALEGALS


    ON ELECTION DAY

    1. Lawyers and Paralegals shall report to their respective assigned
    barangay’s Team Deretso/Lakas CMD Voters Assistance Center at
    5:30AM. Those who are assigned to Island Barangays shall be in
    Hilton Wharf ready to ride a boat to their assigned barangays at
    4:15AM.

    2. Once stationed in your respective Voters Assistance Center,
    establish a connection to Team Deretso/ Lakas CMD HQ by
    commenting on the post on that regard in the TD Legal
    Monitoring group page.

    3. Establish a connection with your coordinators by texting them
    about where you are stationed.

    4. For concerns that need to be addressed and tracked, please post it
    immediately to the TD Legal Monitoring group page. Observe
    proper format for easy tracking.

    5. For minor and trivial concerns, a group chat shall be created for
    this matter. Lawyers and paralegals may also share their idea on
    this chat group.

    6. Inform HQ should you need to leave your station.

    7. Encourage watchers to file written protest on matters relating to
    errors in feeding the ballot and rejected ballots. Lawyers should
    take note on how many written protests were filed and how many
    are the rejected ballots. HQ needs this information from each
    voting centers. Please post this data on the TD Legal Monitoring
    group page.

    8. Lunch and dinner will be provided and delivered to you.

    9. Lawyers shall submit Election Returns for Team Deretso/Lakas
    CMD from their respective assignments to HQ in order to be
    relieved from duty.
