RL70, Operating Documentation, Issue 01 > LTE BTS and OMS Descriptions > Flexi Multiradio Base Station and Flexi Multiradio 10 Base Station Optional Items Description Pole Mounting Kit (VMPB) description This section describes the following hardware: © Pole Mounting Kit (VMPB) 469978A, SS SC SS S SS Pole Mounting Kit (VMPB) is used to install Flexi BTS modules on poles between 60 mm (2.4 in) and 300 mm (11.8 in) in diameter. The VMPB is required for poles greater than 120 mm (4.7 in) in diameter. ‘The maximum allowed weight on the VMPB is 160 kg (362.7 Ibs). One VMPB kit supports two FMFAs, one on each side of the pole. Each FMFA (pinth) can support a maximum of two 2U or 3U Flexi modules with casings, cables, and auxiliary boxes (e.g. OVP). Note that for larger configurations it is recommended to use FPKC. Up to four 3U modules can be fitted on either pole mounting kit, and up to three Remote Radio Heads can be fitted on one FPKA. © Upto four 3U modules can be filled on VMPB and FPKA/FPKC. © Upto three Remote Radio Heads can be fitted on one FPKA. © Upto two 2x60 W RRHs can be installed with an FMFA on the same FPKA.
