AFFIANT BUT WAS TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH DIALECT WITH THE
CONSENT OF THE LATTER.

Q2: Please state your name and other personal circumstances.

A2: I am _________, 35 years old, married and a resident of Richwood
Subdivision Guisad, Baguio City.

Q3: What have caused your presence in this office?

A3: I am here to state my testimony to the incident that transpired last June
10, 2019 in relation to the death of my neighbor Xander R. Ford.

Q4: Where did the incident happen?

A4: The incident happened in the house of Xander R. Ford in Richwood
Subdivision, Guisad, Baguio City.

Q5: When did the incident happen?

A5: It happened at about 5:00pm of June 10, 2019.

Q6: Please narrate to me how the incident happens?

A6: At around 5:00pm of Monday, June 10, 2019, I was at home at
Richwood Subdivision, Guisad, Baguio City. There was a motorcycle that
stopped by my neighbor’s house. After a few minutes, while I was cleaning
my house I heard shouting and there are things that seem to be falling at
my neighbor’s house. I heard that the motorcycle left. I went outside to
sweep the yard and I noticed that the gate and front door of my neighbor’s
house was left open but I did not mind it.The next day, I went outside and
the first thing that I noticed was the gate and the front door was still open
without any marks of changes from what I saw yesterday. Because of my
curiosity, I went near to the gate and called him “Xander, Xander!Tao po!”
but no one was answering. I went nearer to the front door and called him
again “Tao po! Xander?!” But still there was no response. Because no one
responded, I went inside the house and I was shocked to see him lying
lifeless and full of blood on the sofa. I also noticed that the house was
ransacked. I did not have any second thoughts and immediately called the
police.
