CROCHET PATTERN “Photo Frame CHAMOMILE”

Photo Frame CHAMOMILE – size 22 cm (9 in), if using sport weight yarn (Sport (12 wpi), 2 : Fine).

Material:

 hook 2.0 mm  cardboard (2 details)

 soft stuffing  scissors
 photo 10х15 cm  needle for sewing

Abbreviation:

sc - single crochet st(s) – stitch(es)

dc - double crochet sc3tog - single crochet 3 stitches together
ch – chain sl st – slip stitch
inc – increase [] x …… - repeat the instructions in brackets for
dec – decrease (x) the indicated number of times

Recommendations for you:

 Of course you can choose other yarns – the choice of yarn is completely up to you and your
personal taste.
 Work in continuous rounds. Do not join or turn unless otherwise instructed.
 It would be wise to use a stitch marker and place it in the first stitch of each round to mark the
beginning of it.
 You can easily sew the toy together by leaving a long tail of yarn on each piece.

HEAD (2 Parts):

Part One : round base for photo frame

With yellow yarn, 12 ch, close in a ring with Sl st.
Working in rounds. Do not join at end of each round.
Rounds 1 - 88: crochet the round, 11 sc
Make sure you crochet pretty tight all the way to
prevent getting large stretching holes between the
stitches so the stuffing doesn‘t get out.
Leave a long tail for sewing.
TIP: Do not forget to gradually add a soft filler.

Bend into a ring and sew as shown. You can also insert a wire to make the circle strong.

For the skirt:

Attach green yarn in 17 row.
1: 1 ch, 60 sc, sl st
2: 2 ch, [3 dc in one sts] – repeat
to the end row, sl st (180)
3: 2 ch, 180 dc, sl st.
Sew the body to the head.

PETALS (14 details):

White yarn,
1: 6 sc into a magic loop
2: [inc] x 6 (12)
3: [1 sc, inc] x 6 (18)
4: [2 sc, inc] x 6 (24)
Leave a thread to sew the detail.

Crochet 14 petals.
Sew petals to the head

White yarn, 22: 12 sc

1: 8 sc into a magic loop Add a soft filler.
2: [inc] x 8 (16) Leave thread for sewing.
3 - 5: 16 sc (3 rows) Crochet the next hand.
6 - 20: green yarn, 16 sc (15 rows) Sew the hands to the body.
21: [2 sc, dec] x 4 (12)

Insert the previously cut cardboard.

Take a photo size 10х15 cm, crop to size 10х10 cm (crop the corners so that the photo is round).
Squeeze the photo and insert it from the front.
