Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy

1. In case you are not carrying a Printed E- ticket, you could take a print of tickets @ KIOSK in the
park with the Secret Key sent to you on your registered mobile number or you can find the same at
the bottom of this confirmation mail. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE the Secret Key with anyone as this
could be used for fraudulently printing your entry tickets at the counter.
2. Senior citizens need to produce an original photo identity card an age proof along with printed
E-ticket.
3. Child tickets are based on height between 85cm and 140cm. If the height of the guests with child
ticket is found to be above such limits during the entry verification; the guest would need to upgrade
to an adult ticket by paying the differential amount at the park counter. Child below 85 cm would get
a FREE entry to the park..
4. For any clarification please contact 9945557777 for Bangalore and 7593853107 for Kochi and

5. Only one time entry is permitted per e-ticket. If the guest comes out upon entering the park once
no subsequent entry would be permitted due to security reasons.
6. In case the booking person and the guest are 2 different people, then the original identity proof of
the booking person as well as the guest has to be produced at the time of check-in.
7.Cotton attires are strictly not permitted in the water park. Only attires made of 100% Nylon
materials - T-shirts, Shorts, Bermudas, Three-fourths or swimsuits will be allowed in the Water Park.
Outfits such as Sarees, Churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school
uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires are not permitted in the
water park and certain high thrill rides. For more details on the dress code policies, please check

8.Wonderla Holidays Ltd hold the rights to admission to the park based on the e-ticket and can
restrict the entry if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or incorrect in any manner.
9.Please note this is only a booking confirmation email and not a tax invoice. If you need a copy of
your invoice, please contact our park helpdesk on the date of visit.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation/ extension/ refund etc are not available under any circumstances.
