JOINT-AFFIDAVIT RE:
NO PREVIOUS DONATION

WE, RESURRECION G. CORAL and NIDA A. CORAL, both of legal age, Filipinos,
married to each other, and residents of Phase 2-B, Block 24, Lot 24 Mars Alley, V & G Subdivison,
Tacloban City after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state: THAT—

1. We hereby attest under pain of perjury that on March 15. 2019 we executed a Deed of
Donation in favor of GIOVANNE REY A. CORAL and REDGIE VON E. CORAL
concerning a parcel of land known as Lot No. 1 situated in Brgy. Tagadtaran, Burauen
covered TCT No. TP-17792 which document or deed was notarized or acknowledged
before ATTY. LIZETTE NIMFA C. PACIENCIA on May 2,2019 as document no. 116;
page no. 25; book no. II; series of 2019;

2. Thus , we likewise declare for taxation purpose that we have not made any previous
donations involving real or personal properties during this year 2019 other than the
aforesaid deed;

3. We are executing this affidavit without any mental reservation to attest to the truthfulness
and veracity of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve;

4. Affiants further sayeth naught.

IN TRUTH WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 2nd day of May 2019 at
Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines.
