𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 FOR BIGGER ARMS ?

This simple twist on a common exercise can really add size quickly to your arms.

Most guys focus way too much on the biceps. Here's why that is not a good idea.

Biceps translated from its latin root words, literally means "two heads". That is
because there are two muscles (long bicep head & short bicep head) that make up
your biceps.

The triceps get their name from the fact that it has three muscle heads.

When it's 3 muscle heads (triceps) VS 2 muscle heads (biceps)... it's not hard to
figure out which muscle to focus on, if you want bigger arms.

Here is why I LOVE this exercise.

The grip adjustment stops cheating that takes tension and work away from the
triceps.

This means you will feel your triceps more than you have ever felt them, and they will
get an insane pump.

The use of a cable means that there is constant tension on the tricep. When you use
a dumbbell, some parts of the exercise have more tension than others... this means
there can be weak tension during the lockout.

This exercise ensures that you maintain huge tension through all parts of the
movement... giving you much greater muscle growth.
