STATEMENT OF PROBLEM:-

A study to asses the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on

Knowledge regarding bronchial asthma and its management among
mother’s of asthmatic children’s in selected community sikar.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:-

To assess the pretest knowledge on bronchial asthma and its management among
mothers of asthmatic children.

To asses the post knowledge on bronchial asthma and its management among
mothers of asthmatic children.

To assess the effectiveness of structured teaching program bronchial asthma and

its management among mothers of automatic children.

To assess the knowledge of allergic asthma patient regarding control of asthma

symptoms.

To find out Association between demographic variable and knowledge scores.

To assess the knowledge of parents regarding management and prevention of

acute episode of bronchial asthma in children by using structured knowledge
questionnaire.

To assess the knowledge on practice of parents regarding management and

prevention of acute episode of bronchial asthma in children by using structured
knowledge on practice questionnaire.
