Backwards Roll

This document provides instructions for performing a backwards roll maneuver in 5 steps: 1) lower the body towards the ground with it close to the heels, 2) keep the chin on the chest and make the back rounded, 3) place hands flat on the ground with thumbs close to the ears, 4) use a strong arm movement to push the body into an upright position, 5) bring the feet down first and use momentum to move into a standing position.
