AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, JOLINA WALANGDANGAL, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Brgy. Langit, Alangalang, Leyte, after being first sworn according to law, hereby
depose and state: THAT—

1. I am the true and absolute owner of a personal property more particularly

described as a Videoke Machine (TJ MEDIA);

2. I intend to guarantee the said personal property to secure the loan that I
am applying for from NWTF- Project Dungganon;

3. I hereby warrant title and ownership over the above-mentioned personal

property and I will defend the possession of the said property from eviction;

4. This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts in

support of my application for a loan and for whatever legal purpose this may validly
serve.

Affiant further sayeth naught.
