एवं थान पर आपको उपि थत रहना होगा।
Please refer to your on-line application for the post of Stipendiary Trainee Category-I in BARC. You are now
provisionally selected to appear for the written test on the date and venue indicated in the admit card.

2. ल खत पर ा के लए रपो टग का समय वेश प म उि ल खत है । पर ा क अव ध एक घंटे क होगी एवं इसम व तु न ठ कार

के न ह गे । उ त पर ा पा य ववरण वषय पर आधा रत होगी । पर ा का प रणाम उसी दन हमार वेबसाईट
recruit.barc.gov.in पर घो षत कया जाएगा । अ य थय को पर ाक के बाहर प रणाम के लए कने क ज़ रत नह है । जो
अ यथ ल खत पर ा म उतीण ह गे, उ ह अगले आने वाले 2-3 कायालय दन म होने वाले सा ा कार के लए चुना जाएगा।
अ य थय को ल खत पर ा / सा ा कार हे तु मंब
ु ई म 2 से 3 दन तक ठहरने क तैयार के साथ आना होगा।

The reporting time for the written Test is as mentioned in the Admit Card. Duration of the test will be one-hour &
will comprise of objective type questions. The syllabus for the said test will be subject based. The result of the
written test will be declared on the same day on our website recruit.barc.gov.in. Candidates need not wait
outside the exam centre for results.Those candidates qualifying in written examination shall be short-listed for
interview to be held on the following 2-3 working day(s). Candidates should come prepared to stay in Mumbai
for 2 to 3 days for the Written Te st/Interview.

(आधार काड/पैन काड/ ाइ वग लाइसे स/वोटर काड/पासपोट) क मूल ित भी लाएं। अ य थय को के सरकार वारा नधा रत
ा प म जार जा त माणप लाना होगा जो वेबसाईट recuit.barc.gov.in ( होम पेज – जॉब एि लकेशन – डाउनलोड फ़ॉ स) से
डाउं नलोड कया जा सकता है ।
You are required to bring the admit card with printout of on-line application along with all your original
certificates, testimonials and attested copies of certificates in support of your academic qualifications, date of
birth, experience, caste certificate (Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the case of OBC candidates) etc. It will
not be possible to permit you to attend the interview if the original certificates in support of your academic
qualifications, date of birth, experience, caste certificate etc are not brought. You are required to bring any
one of the Government issued photo ID card viz. Driving License, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport.
Candidates are required to bring the caste certificate in the format prescribed by Central Government and the
format can be downloaded from the website recuit.barc.gov.in (Home Page – Job application – Download
Forms)

4. आपको दो पासपोट आकार के फोटो ाफ लाना होगा (वह फोटो ाफ जो ऑन-लाइन आवेदन म अपलोड कया है )।
You are required to bring two copies of passport size photograph (same photograph which is uploaded online).

5. कृपया नोट कर क सा ा कार/ ल खत पर ा के थान पर मोबाइल फोन, प रक ल (क़ॅल युलेटर) या कोई भी इले ॉ नक व तओ
ु ं
का योग करना स त मना है ।
Please note that the use of mobile phones, calculator or any electronic gadget is strictly prohibited at the
place of interview/Written test.

ू या कसी सावज नक े के उप म म कायरत ह, तो
आपको अपने वतमान नयोजक से सा ा कार म आने के लए अ नाप माण प लेना आव यक है | य द आप अ नाप माण
प नह ं लाते है , तो आपका सा ा कार लेना संभव नह ं है ।
Please note that No Objection Certificate from your present employer to appear for interview is necessary in
case you are serving under Central Government / State Government / Autonomous Body / Public Sector
Undertaking. It is not possible to interview you if the No Objection Certificate is not submitted at the time of
interview.

7. बाहर से आने वाले अ य थय को मुंबई मे रहने के लए अपनी खद
ु क यव था करनी होगी।
Outstation candidates will have to make their own arrangements for their stay in Mumbai.

8. ल खत पर ा / सा ा कार हे तु नधा रत तार ख को कसी भी प रि थ त म बदला नह ं जाएगा।

The date fixed for the written exam/interview cannot be changed under any circumstances.

ु तान कया जाएगा । अ य थय से अनरु ोध है क वे ट ए फाम वेबसाईट recuit.barc.gov.in (होम पेज –
जॉब एि लकेशन – डाउं लोड फ़ॉ स – ावेि लंग अ लोवस फाम)से डाउं नलोड कर । अ यथ ट ए फाम े षत करने से पहले यह
सु नि चत कर क उ होने फाम को हर तर के से पूरा और सह भरा है (बक खाता तथा आई एफ एस सी कोड क जानकार स हत)।
All outstation SC/ST candidates who are not employed in Govt. Sector, etc, and not getting Railway
concession are eligible for Travelling Allowance (TA) as per rules for attending the interview on production of
tickets/ticket nos. along with copy of caste certificate. Candidates are requested to download TA forms from
the website recuit.barc.gov.in (Home Page–Job Application–Download Forms–Travelling Allowance Form). Before
submission of the TA form, candidates are requested to ensure that TA form is filled correctly and complete in
all respects (including Bank Account details and IFSC Code).

10. य द आप वेश प नह ं लाते है , तो ल खत पर ा / सा ा कार म वेश करने क अनुम त नह ं द जाएगी।

Without your admit card, you will not be permitted to appear for the written examination / interview.

11. य द आपका नाम ववाह आ द के कारण बदल गया है , तो आप नीचे उि ल खत द तावेज म से कोई एक तुत कर सकते है ।
संबं धत द तावेज : ववाह माणप , तलाक नामा, नाम म प रवतन का समथ करने के लए कोई भी कानन
ू ी द तावेज।
If your name has been changed due to marriage etc. you may produce any of the relevant documents
mentioned below. Relevant Documents: Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, any legal document supporting
change of name.
12. ल खत पर ा एवं सा ा कार म अ या थय को अं ेज़ी या हंद म उ र दे ने का वक प दया जाएगा।
Candidates will be given an option to answer in Hindi or English in written examination & interview.

 द तावेज क जाँच के दौरान अगर यह पाया जाता है क आवेदन कए गए पद के लए व ापन के अनस
ु ार उ मीदवार उपयु त नह ं है, तो उनका
सा ा कार नह ं लया जाएगा | Candidate will not be interviewed if it is found during the verification of documents that he/she is not
eligible for the post applied for as per the advertisement.
 ल खत पर ा / सा ा कार के लए आने से पहले उ मीदवार यह आ व त कर क व ापन म दए गए तब धो को वे परु ा करते है | Candidates may
ensure that they fulfill the conditions as prescribed in the advertisement before they appear for written exam/ interview.
 सा ा कार म उ मीदवारो का वेश केवल अ थायी है तथा नधा रत पा ता शत का संतोषजनक होना ज़ र है | The admission of the Candidates for
the interview is purely PROVISIONAL subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
