OPT-X 1000 WALL-MOUNT FIBER OPTIC ENCLOSURES
Opt-X 1000 Wall-Mount Fiber Optic Enclosures are available in three sizes: small
(8", up to two adapter plates), medium (14", up to four adapter plates), and large
(17", up to twelve adapter plates). Enclosures support a variety of adapters and store
three meters of 900 micron fiber per adapter. L-shaped doors provide maximum
access and come with a number of options. Wall-mount enclosures include
grounding/strain relief, grommets, labels, and fiber management rings.

OPT-X 250® 1RU FIBER OPTIC PANEL
[A] Designed for small to medium installations with excellent flexibility at a competitive
price, the Opt-X 250 fiber panel is just a single rack unit high. The panel accommodates
3 adapter plates and 3 splice trays (more if there are no outside obstructions). Multiple Opt-X 500 1RU with cover
bend radius and cable management features, as well as an open back, allow easy
access and management in all directions. Mounts on standard 19" rack.

Opt-X 500 2RU with cover
[B-D] Opt-X 500 Series Enclosures, available in 1RU, 2RU, and 3RU sizes, are designed
for a wide variety of installations and offer increased flexibility while utilizing minimum
rack space. One-piece removable covers conceal and protect patch cords and allow
easy access. Multiple bend radius and cable management features, include two cable
tie downs in front and four in back to protect and organize cables. Mounts on standard Opt-X 500 3RU with cover

OPT-X 1000 1RU FIBER OPTIC ENCLOSURES
1RU enclosures feature front and rear tilt-up lids for unobstructed access to adapter
and mounting plates. The slide rail option allows easy installation and re-entry. High-
density adapter bulkhead houses up to 24 ST or 12 duplex SC adapters. Another
version accepts three 6-fiber mounting plates to configure with ST, FC, SC, LC, or
MT-RJ connectors, or add a QuickPort adapter plate for multimedia applications.
Mounts on standard 19" rack.
OPT-X 1000 2RU FIBER OPTIC ENCLOSURES
The versatile 2RU enclosure can be mounted on the wall or on 19" or 23" racks. Front
and rear tilt-up lids provide easy access to adapters and mounting plates. Inside space
houses up to six mounting plates for SC, FC, ST, LC, and MT-RJ adapters. Horizontal
entry ports in the front and back, and vertical entry ports in the rear offer egress/
ingress for patch cables. Doors are metal or smoked polycarbonate with locks
available on metal versions.

OPT-X 1000 3RU & 6RU FIBER OPTIC ENCLOSURES
3RU and 6RU enclosures support a variety of adapters and mount on 19" or 23"

DP SERIES OPTICAL DISTRIBUTION ENCLOSURES
Protect and manage delicate fiber terminations inside Leviton DP Series Enclosures.
Each enclosure accepts standard LGX® style Leviton adapter plates. Removable
hinged front and hinged rear doors allow for easy fiber access during installation and
maintenance. Enclosures are built to order with the customer’s choice of adapters,
pigtails or pre-connectorized cable studs. DP enclosures are stackable, fit 19" and 23"
racks, and are available in 3RU, 4RU, and 6RU sizes. Cable stubs may be shipped on
a reel.
DPS SERIES OPTICAL SPLICE ENCLOSURES
Safeguard spliced fibers in a rack mount environment with a Leviton DPS Enclosure.
The unique tray holder design supports a variety of splice tray styles, including 12 and
24 fiber capacities. A metal door, aluminum construction, and an optional key lock help
ensure the security of spliced fibers. Each LGX compatible enclosure integrates easily
into existing legacy systems, is available in 3RU, 4RU, and 6RU sizes, and will fit 19"
and 23" racks.
DPC SERIES OPTICAL DISTRIBUTION & SPLICE ENCLOSURES
The “C” in DPC stands for “combination”. So in addition to protecting, managing

and organizing fiber, DPC enclosures offer both splicing and termination in a single
unit. DPC enclosures, available in sizes from 6RU to 12RU, are LGX compatible, and
fit 19" and 23" racks. Versatile DPC enclosures may be custom configured to include
pre-loaded pigtails and splice trays to reduce field installation time.

RMS SERIES RACK MOUNT SYSTEM ENCLOSURES
Used for splicing or direct termination of outside plant or intra-building cables RMS
enclosures work with our Termination and Splice Cassette (TSC) system which allows
easy access to splicing and termination. The removable, two-sided TSC cassette accepts
up to 12 adapters and 12 fusion splices of pigtail, loose tube, or break-out style cable.
180˚ rotation of the cassette allows complete access to both sides.

OCS SERIES OPTICAL CABLE STORAGE & SPLICING ENCLOSURES
[A] Designed to house Outside Plant cable slack, the OCS Series Enclosure eliminates
the need to store excess cable in other locations. Once installed, the unit allows users to
pull cable into the spacious interior via one or more of the eight entry ports. Providing
OSP cable storage within the unit protects the cable from damage and saves space on
a wall or in a vault.
VSC SERIES VAULT SPLICE ENCLOSURES
[B] VSC Series Enclosures organize and manage optical fiber splices between outside
plant (OSP) and indoor cables routed to cross-connect equipment. The VSC houses up to
288 fiber splices, supporting up to four 72-fiber DP-700 Optical Distribution Enclosures,
and can be installed in a building entrance facility or outside plant vault. Robust aluminum
construction, a heavy-duty door with gasket, and professional grade hinges and latches
provide efficient protection from environmental factors.

CPS SERIES CUSTOMER PREMISE SPLICE ENCLOSURES
Leviton’s Customer Premise Splice Enclosures (CPS) are modular wall-mount

enclosures used to directly splice outside plant or intra-building cables. These units
are stackable, allowing for scalable design as fiber count requirements increase. The
standard single door with wide-swing radius provides complete interior access during
installation and maintenance. Each is constructed of cold-rolled steel and comes
equipped with thumb-turn latches and provisions for a padlock.

Leviton’s CPC Series Customer Premise Enclosures combine the convenience of

both splicing and terminating with protecting and organizing fiber in a single,
factory-assembled unit. Use these wall-mount enclosures for splicing and/or
termination of optical fibers in an indoor environment or for direct termination of
fiber cables. Standard wide-swing double doors allow easy access for installation
and maintenance while also providing separation between service provider and
customer for added security. In addition, CPC enclosures are stackable to facilitate
increased fiber count requirements.

connectors, available in ST, SC, FC, and LC styles, are reliable and cost effective.
Connectors feature precision pre-radiused zirconia ferrules, high cable retention crimp,
and patented non-optical disconnector space design, and are available in multimode or
single-mode versions. Maintain “transmit/receive” fiber integrity between two
assembled connectors with Duplex Clips.
[H] MT-RJ Connectors, Multimode: MT-RJ Frame-Station Connectors use a cam

technology to lock the fiber into a terminated position for use in frame, or with
adapters, in the workstation. Pre-polished ribbon fiber ferrule. Fiber can be tested and
reterminated before crimping.

Duplex and Quad LC styles for maximum fiber density and the flexibility to adapt to
every installation. Use the adapters to configure or add to existing installations.
FIBER OPTIC FAN-OUT KIT & CONSUMABLES
[R] Fiber Optic Fan-Out Kit: Protect bare fiber and prepare loose tube cable for
direct termination to industry standard connectors. Separate 250 micron fibers and
route into color-coded 900 micron buffer tubes, with no proprietary tools required.
6- or 12-strand kits are available in 24" or 36" lengths and can be used with cabling
from any manufacturer.
[S] Fiber Optic Fan-Out Consumables Kit: Leviton’s Fan-Out Consumables Kit
contains everything to properly terminate at least 10 Fiber Optic Fan-Out Kits, including
lint-free wipes, alcohol pads, D’GelTM packets, sealant, and talc powder.

PLUG-N-PLAY FIBER SYSTEM
In data centers, where performance, flexibility and scalability are critical, the Plug-n-
Play Fiber System is the ideal solution. The System is based on key building blocks,
including Trunk Cables, MTP Plug-n-Play Modules, Enclosures and Adapters,
Harnesses and Jumpers, all custom configured, pre-terminated and pre-tested for
specific applications. The system uses new generation MTP connectors, compatible
with MPO connectors, offering more consistent long-term performance. The result is
reduced installation time, increased density and guaranteed performance. Leviton also
offers “Fiber on Demand”, a unique manufacturing and logistics approach that allows
delivery of Plug-n-Play solutions with minimal lead times.
RDP ENCLOSURES
Versatile RDP Series Enclosures provide the ideal foundation for 19" and 23"
rack-mounted Plug-n-Play fiber installations. RDP enclosures are available in
three sizes, accommodate 3, 6, or 12 MTP Plug-n-Play Modules or LGX-footprint
adapter plates, and can also be used for termination and splicing fibers.
Hinged top and rear lids are removable for simple, adaptable installation
and reconfiguration.

FIBER PLUG-N-PLAY PANELS
Panels utilize MTP connections on the back with choice of fiber connectors on the front,
or can be pre-assembled with harnesses. Available in single-mode, multimode or laser-
optimized fiber types, the largest panels accept up to 256 fibers. The panels fit standard
19" cabinets and may also be configured to fit 23" and 24" footprints.
FIBER PLUG-N-PLAY MTP BRACKETS
Fiber Plug-n-Play Brackets attach to the sides of racks and cabinets, utilizing zero rack
unit space in high-density applications. Brackets are capable of holding 6, 9, or 12 MTP
adapters for convenient connection directly to trunk cables and harnesses.

LGX Footprint Module
The advantage of MTP Plug-n-Play Modules is quick connectivity without time

HARNESSES
If you’re short on space for enclosures and MTP Modules, these harnesses provide
an ideal solution when used in combination with our MTP Brackets. Harnesses for
Plug-n-Play Fiber installations are available in multimode, single-mode and laser-
optimized fiber types, multiple configurations and fiber connector combinations to
meet the needs of high-density applications. Harnesses are factory-terminated and
100% visually and optically tested.

PRE-TERMINATED TRUNK CABLES
Connect your central patching location to data center zones or "pods" with
pre-engineered, factory-terminated trunk cables. Available in multimode, single-mode,
and laser-optimized fiber types; riser, plenum or armored cables; with 12-fiber MTP
connectors, or single-fiber connectors. Trunks are cut to length, terminated with
customer specified connectors, tested, and then coiled on a spool with pulling grip.
