Mechanics

Painted iron structure equipped with vectorial induction motor, group of coupling
motor - alternator, (optional) assembly adapters for form B3/B5 and MD35 single-
support generator form, generator clamp system and shaft height adaptation system,
accident-prevention protection in aluminium and polycarbonate.

Load bank

 Purely inductive (PF=0)

 Composed by a housing cage containing inductances
 and electric panel for load step selection
 Manual selection of power steps and voltage through
 numerical selectors on the control pulpit
 Automatic selection via formulas coming from GenTEST
 software
 The load supplies following reactive power (KVAR): 15,
 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200,

Control system
PC and PLC allow to automatically set up the
value of the load based on selection of the

and catalog data storing, data acquisition, test reports and label printing.
