This letter is a formal request for a leave of absence as a student in this

institution, Saint Paul School of Professional Studies, for a period of about 2
years starting from this year’s Academic year, 2019-2020 and is expected to
return on the following Academic year 2020-2021.

I am currently preparing to be a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of

Latter- Day Saints to a place, I don’t know yet, I am expected to serve and labor
for a period of one and a half year with a missionary purpose of, “to invite others
to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in
Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the
Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.”
