The big question is?

What makes a text worth reading and you know there are alot
of reason to make it worth your while, but here are some of my reasons;
First I’d like to say when I start off reading a book, text, classroom, I ask myself is
this going to benefit me? And then I start thinking, rambling to see if I should
continue to engage in reading, or if it’s a must that I have to read , I will mainly
focus on the key points of the text that will have something to do with the
workload/ lesson afterwards.
Furthermore I think that when you read a text you should ask yourself do you
understand what you are reading because that will help you determine if the it’s
worth reading. Not only just that I feel you should let yourself understand whats
going on instead of just diving in and reading, you should have an open mind full
with different types of possibilities and outcomes towards the reading.
When a text is worth reading you can tell by the cetira of the book , does it make
you think about things you usually don’t think about?, does it make you feel any
type of way you wouldn't feel when you usually read a book or text? Because a
good book can be considered good if it is a great story with average writing or
sometimes a good book has to do more with what the reader needs as far as life.
The way you think about the text and how you feel, will change a lot of things
about your reading, but when I read the text more of my reason are it has to catch
my attention, I want to find out if it has a powerful meaning and if this book will
benefit my profession I want to be in life because just think the text has to show a
different side of itself in order for me to read it because, everybody feels something
different when they read.I just feel that if I feel some type of way when I read this
text or book it means something.
But in the end you never truly know how you feel about a text or book once you
read it and when that happens, you are writing your own story with your thoughts
and feelings yourself and many of us don’t even know it.
