Closing paragraph. You should thank the hiring manager for taking the time to read your
application. Let them know that you are available to further discuss your qualifications at
their earliest possible convenience. I usually include my phone number after saying “at your
earliest possible convenience. I can be reached at 250-xxx-xxxx.
