1.Tell me about yourself ?

My name is Muhammad Ishfaq I am from swabi. Recently I did my b.com from university of
swabi and currently I am enrolled in MBA from CUST.
2.Where do you see yourself in next five years ?
I will have in my own business in next five year.

3.What is your greatest weakness ?

My greatest weakness I get a nervous about public speaking which I know is a problem in my
career.

4.What can we expect from you in your first 90 days?

I think expectations is just a perception but I can assure you one thing that I will do my duties
with full dedication and commitment.

5.What experience do you have in this field?

I have no experience in this field.

6.What do know about us?

I have know how about the organization like this is founded in 1941 first Pakistani
commercial bank.As of 2018 has more than 1750 branches in 25 countries across four
continents.after offers banking and services to its customers.

7.Describe your management style?

My style is democratic because I think it motivate employees and it enhance their
performance.

8.How will you achieve your goals?

To work hard with honesty and dignity.
