Microsoft is an American multinational company with headquarters in Redmond, Washington.

Microsoft is best known software products are the Microsoft Windows line of operating systems, the
Microsoft Office suite, and the Internet Explorer and Edge web browser. Its flagships hardware products
are the Xbox video game consoles and the Microsoft Surface lineup of touchscreen personal computers.

Positioning

It may seem like the Ps4 has already won the latest console war by a landslide, with over 50
million players and a bigger library of must-have exclusives. But what if I told you the Xbox One is still a
better buy?

There is no end to what a gamer wont sink into if they are looking to get achievements.
Multitasking on the Xbox One allows users to keep an app on their screen as they play a game or watch
a television show. Microsoft often showcases the feature for users looking to watch video and pay their
games at the same time, but it is also very useful for tracking progress on some of the more difficult in-
game Achievements.

With customizable paddles, buttons and other controls, it is safe to say that the Xbox Elite
Controller reigns supreme as the best controller on the market. At an extra cost outside of the Xbox Elite
Bundle, it is certainly not for everyone, but it is unique to Xbox and it is wonderful to use. No ther
console has a professional grade controller as nice as the Elite made by the same team as the console
itself

Microsoft’s home console might not have Uncharted or Horizon: Zero Dawn, but it does a ton of
cool things that the PS4 cannot in terms of both hardware and software. From backwards compatibility
to a superior online experience.

Unlike the PS4, the Xbox One does not make your old games obsolete. The console currently
plays over 300 Xbox 360 games, including such major hits as Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto
IV, Dark Souls, BioShock and the entire Mass Effect series. Want to play PS3 games on PS4? Your only
option is to pay up for PlayStation Plus Now, which allows you to stream (not download) a selection of
older games for a hefty Php 1,060 per month

The newer Xbox One S is hands down the best console for entertainment especially if you have a
4K TV. On top if offering 4K streaming, it is currently the only home console that can play 4K Blu-Rays.
And even if you are rocking an older Xbox One, you can plug your cable box or HD antenna into your
console and switch between TV and games.

Examples/Successes

Since the launch of Xbox One, It has been the number one console in total in North America. It
has also fixed and is better than its predecessor, which is the Xbox 360, And Microsoft is still actively
making updates to make the software even more better than it is right now. One of the best First-person
shooting game is also exclusive only to Xbox (Halo franchise).

Xbox One may not have as many games as its competitor (PS4), but it makes up for with its
unique features, software and hardware.
