Steps for Resolving Import Errors in ChaRM

When the Transport comes back as Imported Error in Production (RC=8 or 12) follow the steps below to
avoid conflicts for new Change Documents with same objects.

Follow Note 2395080 - How to Correct ChaRM import Using Tasklist [VIDEO] (Please check SAP
dependent notes that needs to be implemented before for Solman 7.2).

1. Go to the Change Document and Select More -> Open Task List
2. Open General Task -> Declare Import Errors as Repaired

3. Click on Declare Import Errors as Repaired -> Select the TR which is imported as error.

4. Click on Declare Error as Repaired.

5. Move the Change to Import to Production status by the Report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT
using the Tcode ZWTH – Change Manager has authorizations of this Tcode

6. Decision Taken whether change can be Completed or Withdrawn

 Withdrawn - Communicate with Team that the Change can be Withdrawn and ask the
Change Manager to Withdraw the Change
 Completed – The Change can be Completed by Basis Team after discussion with
Developer/Functional.
7. The CR now should be set to Status Failed in SNOW when Withdrawn
