NOTIFICATION
It is notified for the information of all concerned that the results of the Third
Year BDS Degree (Regular/supplementary) Examinations – July 2017 is published.

The application for retotalling and photocopy of the Answer scripts and score
sheets shall be submitted by online (www.kuhs.ac.in) through the Principal of the
College concerned on or before 05/01/2018

 Fee for re totalling - Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) per QP Code.
 Fee for obtaining photocopy of Answer script – Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five
hundred only) per QP Code
 Fee for photocopy of Score Sheet – Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) per
QP Code
 Mode of payment – By way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance
Officer, Kerala University of Health Sciences, payable at SBI, KUHS Branch,
Thrissur (SBI A/c No. 31768842875).

The hard copy of the applications for re totalling and photocopy of answer book and
score sheet along with the consolidated DD ( Separate DD for Retotaling and Photocopy
of answer books and Score sheets) shall be forwarded to the undersigned by the
Principal/Head of the Institution.

Last date for the receipt of the hard copy of the application for re totalling/photocopy
of Answer Script & Score Card is 09/01/2018.

The eligible Carry failed candidates who passed Third Year BDS (R/S)
Examination July 2017 are permitted to register for their Final Year BDS Part I
Supplementary Examination January 2018 till 01.01.2018, 5 pm. Fee remittance
and entry of internal marks and attendance should be done, during this period. There
will be no further date with fine. Last date for the receipt of the hard copy is
05/01/2018. Sd/-
