How does the website operate and who all have access to

CMS?
Apart from the main university website, there are 34 sub-sites
of schools, departments and centres. With respect to the main
website, the following is the process of uploading/ changing
any content-
1) If there are any changes related to the fine text or the
pictures in the site, then it is done at Level 1 itself. This
is done by Mahim Gupta (Content Editor) who is a part
of the admissions and marketing team.
2) There are two other people – Tushar Behera (Technical
Manager) and Sandeep Guha (Graphic Designer), who
work with the CIO Kanad Chatterjee, who work on the
site. Tushar facilitates with the technical aspect of the
site and is the co-ordinator between the university and
the developer Innoraft in getting the design changes to
the site. Sandeep works on the pictures of the site and
also does the designing if there are any design changes to
the site.
3) Innoraft is the third-party agency that takes care of the
development and maintenance of the site. They facilitate
all the design changes and help fix all the major bugs of
the site.
