economy. The development of port has an interactive development
relationship with the city, region and correlative industries.
The stage and form of the port is related to the development stage
and level of the region and correlative industries.
 Influenced by the internal and external factors, the port follows
the development rule shifting from the traditional industry to the
modern service one, exhibiting various development modes. The
global port ,up till now has graduated into the development mode

The first development form is transport hub. The transport hub primarily
focuses on the enhancement of logistics operation and production
efficiency, represented by the functions including the transport transit,
loading and unloading, multimodal transport and etc.
