He was always willing to adapt his lessons and tesources based on feedback. He was also adaptable within the classroom setting when different events arose. Mustapha tock on a number of classes that were initially out of his comfort zone, however he rose the challenge successfully. What was his hardest class became his greatest success. Not only did he take ‘on two Commerce classes, he also took on a HSC Business Studies and a stage 5 Geography class, Mustapha was able to build a rapport with members ofthe staff, but he also was able to build trusting relationships with many of his students, This lead to a more harmonious classroom and reduced behaviour issues. He engaged in both staff and faculty meetings. | believe that with his expertise in the field and his passion for teaching, Mustapha will make an excellent teacher.
