Those who are in the regular service of the High Court and having a degree in any discipline awarded or recognised by any of the universities in Kerala, other than LLB degree, are eligible to apply. Candidates who have not already registered via online can register their details in the website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in. 3. The fees for each paper is %150/-. The scheme of the examination containing the detailed syllabus is available at the recruitment portal of the High Court of Kerala www.hckrecruitment.nic.in . Applicants who have applied for different papers during different years but not registered via online process have to complete online registration. It has two parts: registration and fee validation. The candidates who have already registered via online have to login using their user ID and key number and select the papers for which they wish to apply. The Registered Applicants should not make any new registration for Judicial Test (Higher) 2018 notification. 5. Online registration process has two parts:"Registration’ and ‘Fee Validation’. In the Registration part, the candidates have to enter the details such as Name, Designation, date of birth, sex, employment type, Section, E-mail id, Mobile no. etc. After registration, the candidates have to access their home page and upload their photograph and signature. Next, the candidates have to select the papers for which they wish to apply. The candidate can then take a print of the system generated Fee Payment Challan by clicking on the link “Download Challan”. Making use of this challan, the candidate can pay the examination fee in cash at any branch of the State Bank of India ‘ter two banking days on completion of the registration or on receipt of an SMS alert in this regard, whichever is earlier. The bank will not accept any other challanfform for the payment of fees. On payment of fee by this challan, the bank will provide a “Journal Number", The candidate should, while remitting fee, ensure that the bank issues to him/her CANDIDATE COPY of the challan with journal number and date of payment clearly written/stamped in it as these are required for fee validation 6. Before applying online, the candidate should be ready with a scanned (Gigital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the ine “Guidelines for Photograph & Signature" in the website. For photograph, the size of the file should be between 20Kb and 40kb and its resolution 150(width)pixe! by 200(heigh\)pixel. For signature, it should be between 10Kb and 20kb and its resolution 450(width) pixel by 100(height) pixel. Candidates should take care to upload good quality photographs. Otherwise it would be dificult to identify the candidate from the photograph Bh the Admission Ticket. If the candidate cannot be identified from the photograph printedon the Admission Ticket, he/she will not be allowed to write the examination, 8. Candidates are advised to have a valid Mobile Number/valid personal e- mail ID till the examination process is over. Information related to the examination needs to be communicated through SMS/E-mail by each stage . In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. 9. Towards the end of Registration, the candidate will be asked to generate a Key Number. The Key Number should contain eight characters with at least one upper case letter (A,B,C....), one lower case letter (a,b.c,...), one digit (0,1,2,3....) and one special character (!@ #8 % **()-+{}; : <.>). The candidate is advised to note down the Key Number and to keep it securely since it is required to be entered each time he/she logs in to the system. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention Key Number with/to any other person. On completion of the Registration, the candidate will be assigned an Application Number which will be displayed on the screen and intimated to the candidates through SMS/e-mail 40. The examination fee can be paid only through the branches of the State Bank of India using the System Generated Fee Payment Challan that can be downloaded on completion of the Registration. Payment of fee by Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Orders/Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted. Fees once paid will neither be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination. 14. After payment of fees, the candidate shall access his/her homepage and validate the fees after two banking days from date of fees payment or on receipt of an SMS alert in this regard, whichever is earlier. For validation of fees, the candidate has to click the link "Fees Validation” in his/her homepage. 42. The online application process ends with fees validation. After fees validation, the candidates have no option to add / delete the papers for which they wish to apply. 43. The candidates are advised to take printout of the application and keep it for future reference. The candidates shall also keep the Application Number and Key Number securely as both are required for accessing their homepage in future. 44,The candidates have to download the Admission Tickets for examination from the website.
