INSTRUCTIONS:

Plot the following data on a partograph.


 Patient started to have hypogastric pain at 6AM and consulted at 8AM at the Emergency room
where IE revealed 3cm 70% station -3 (+) BOW; Uterine contractions at 2-3mins 30-40 sec
strong. She was subsequently admitted.
 At 10AM IE was 5 cm 70% station -3 (+) BOW, amniotomy was done. Uterine contractions at 2-
3mins 30-40 sec strong.
 At 12 NN IE was 7 cm 80% station -2 (-) BOW; Uterine contractions at 2-3mins 30-40 sec strong.
 At 2 PM IE was Fully dilated Fully effaced station -1 (-) BOW; Uterine contractions at 2-3mins 30-
40 sec strong.
 At 3 PM IE was Fully dilated Fully effaced station +1 (-) BOW; Uterine contractions at 2-3mins 30-
40 sec strong.
 At 3:30 PM patient delivered vaginally to a full term live baby boy.
