 HUL has influenced the vast rural campaign focused on the purpose of health and

hygiene.
 They resumed soap as a carbolic toilet soap but not as a health product.
 Apart from this, keeping in mind the concept of daily earning of rural India, they
launched a product in low cost small packages to ensure that their particular product
reaches every single hand.
 With these lines, HUL focused on the key areas of rural areas, and gave priority to the
percentage of population of nearly 70% and incorporated them into monopolistic rule on
the FMCG industry.
