EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this ____ day of __________________, 2018,
in ___________________________ by and between:

LILIAN DELA CRUZ widow; RONALD DELA CRUZ, married to Emelita Santos
Dela Cruz; and MENANDRO DELA CRUZ, married to Martha Dela Cruz, all Filipinos, of legal
age and residing at 136 Bucandala, Imus City, Cavite

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, we are the sole heirs of the deceased JOSE M. DELA CRUZ who died on
, at , cop y of his death
certificate is hereto attached as Annex A;

WHEREAS, JOSE M. DELA CRUZ, died intestate, without Will or Testament, and
without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, JOSE M. DELA CRUZ is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of
land located at ___________, Imus, Cavite covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-18444
of the Registry of Deeds of Cavite and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 000 of Imus Estate, LRC Record No. 8843), situated
in the Barrio of _____________, Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite.
Bounded on the E., along line 1-2, by Lot 001, Imus Estate; on the NE., NW., and
SW., along lines 2-3-4—5 by Creek; and on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot 0009,
Imus Estate. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 74 deg. 30’W., 463.7
m. from Mon. 102, Imus Estate, thence N. 18 deg. 49’W., 14.3 m. to point 2;
xxxxxxxxxxxx to the point of beginning; containing an area of SIX HUNDRED
(600) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the
plan and marked on the ground by Old points; bearing true; date of survey, July 27,

WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Se. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines,
and being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the parcel of land
described above, in equal shares.

FURTHER, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of
