INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to assess the suitable places for entertainment in the
city of Bistrita, in Bistrita Nasaud county, Romania. This report gathers
information about the types of entertainment, venues and places available in the
city of Bistrita.

ACCOMODATION
In Bistrita one can find a lot of beautiful hotels which offer fairly good prices,
for example “Coroana de Aur” or “Metropolis “. These places offer a wide range
of choices concerning entertainment (spa, night club, restaurant, etc) at prices
starting from 20 euros a night.

Meals
Traditional Romanian food is a good option for foreigners. There are a lot of
available places where one can enjoy a good meal. You can easily find good
restaurants, for exemple “Rapsodia” or “Ammaretto”. These two have good
prices, depending on the choices made, and they provide food for every taste.

SHOPPING
We have a mall (pretty small, but offering good prices) and you can get some
souvenirs for your family and friends in the local shops from the Town Center,
or from the stands along the main streets of the city as well. Some souvenirs can
be pretty expensive, but you can still find some interesting hand-made stuff at
prices starting from 1 euro.

PLACES TO VISIT
You can admire the view of the city from the top of the Evangelic Church. The
ticket costs about 2 euros(10 ron). You can watch a movie at the Dacia cinema
at the cost of about 6 euros (25 RON). After a long day you can relax at the
pool from “Casa Ema “ for the same amount of money. Although Bistrita is a
quiet and small city, you will surely enjoy your exchange programme here.
