STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Establishing a place to hang out is a new trend nowadays. Having a

great impact and image on the customers are the major factors to be

considered in establishing a business venture. This study aims to evaluate

the feasibility of establishing SGT, a hangout place that will be located at the

Rizal Ave. Ext. in Malabon City. It primarily offers different types of services

that customers can choose with. These are billiards and darts, hockey, play

station, movie screenings, karaoke room, and dishes that they can enjoy.

Specifically, the researchers seek to analyze the ff. areas:

1. What are the insistent demand of customers in terms of costing,

benefits, odds and other variable to purchase goods or services?

2. What can be the competitive advantage that the company can oppose

within all of its competitors?

3. How can the business be profitable over a long period of time?
