II. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

The problems that we encountered this Academic Year 2018-2019 are:

 Dissemination of information
 Lack of manpower in club
 Lack of funds

III. SOLUTIONS
 The officers should disseminate well the information or
announcements ahead of a time or conduct a proper
meeting before the activities.
 The officers should change the constitution of College – Y
Club to increase the number of officers in club
 The officers should have a fund raising activity prior to the
Sports Fest in order to prepare and organize the player’s
food, jersey, and transportation.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS

To our successors, we are recommending the items as follows:

 The school recognized the College – Y Club as an organization
with an external affiliation. The only thing that the officers
should do, is to work hard and to pursue excellence and
camaraderie in club.
 The officers should change and amend the constitution of the
College – Y Club to increase the number of officers for additional
manpower.
 The officers should encourage the NTC students to be a member
of the College – Y Club and participate in different activities that
will conducted by the NTC-CYC and YMCA of MANILA.
