Criteria for selection for On-line appli 1) Age: Between 17 to 27 years as on 1 January, Year of admission 2) The candidate must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the district of West Bengal (from where the candidate applies) uninterruptedly for at least five years preceding the date of submission of application. 3) Candidates must be able to read, write and express in Bengali/Nepali. 4) Minimum Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) Passed from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or passed equivalent examination from any recognized Council/Board with 40% qualifying marks in English.
