ROASTED PORK LOIN

KITCHEN UTENSILS

• BIG PAN

• CUTTING BOARD

• KNIFE

• PLATE

• BAKING DISH

INGREDIENTS

• Olive oil - 3 spoons

• Pork loin - about one kilo

• Black pepper and salt to taste

• 1 onion

• 3 garlic cloves

• 2 leaves of Laurel

• 1 glass of white wine -

• Oregano to taste

SECTION 1

• FIRST, PUT THE OLIVE OIL IN THE PAN ON A HIGH HEAT. ADD SALT AND PEPPER
EVERYWHERE, WHEN THE OIL IS HOT, PUT THE MEAT TO SEAL IT

SECTION 2

• THEN, PUT IN THE BAKING DISH ALONG WITH ALL THE JUICES THAT ARE IN THE PAN.

• CUT THE ONION AND SPREAD IT AROUND THE MEAT.

• CRUSH THE GARLIC AND PUT THEM IN THE CONTAINER. PUT THE BAY LEAVES ON THE
ONIONS AND GARLIC.

• WE ADD THE WINE AND SPRINKLE OREGANO TO TASTE. WE PUT A LITTLE SALT ON THE
ONION AND BAKE.

SECTION 3

• BAKING:

• THE MEAT WILL TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO COOK.

• WHEN THE FIRST 30 MINUTES HAVE ELAPSED, WE TURN IT AROUND AND LEAVE IT FOR
ANOTHER 30 MINUTES.

• ONCE BAKED, PUT THE MEAT ON A BOARD AND CUT TO SERVE
