ERICHSEN, WOLJA (1890-1966), Danish Egyptologist and

demoticist. He studied Oriental languages but specialized in demotic
and Coptic. His most important work, a dictionary, Demotisches
Glossar, was published in Copenhagen in 1954 and reprinted in
Milan in 1972.
