will automatically be displayed and cannot be altered. Please upload your latest NSC /
SCV results in the case where results differ from your School Leaving Certificate

are currently improving your Final Grade 12/NCV results. A letter from the Department of
Education is required stipulating which subjects you have enrolled for to improve
results. Please upload your final results in the case where you have upgraded or results
have been amended

Academic applications

• Restrict the Search to:
o Select DO NOT RESTRICT ANY PROGRAMME should you want all qualifications to be
listed (undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications)
o Select RESTRICT TO UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES ONLY should you want to
list only Undergraduate qualifications (e.g. Higher Certificate, Diploma and BeD
qualifications)
o Select RESTRICT TO POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES ONLY should you want to
list only Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. BeD Honours, Masters and Doctoral studies)
o 1 year B Tech qualifications are listed under Postgraduate Studies as well as ND
Accountancy (NDACC), ND Financial Information Systems (NDFIS), ND Cost and
Management Accounting (NDCMAC) and ND Internal Auditing (NDIAUD)

o Students transferring from other institutions and students with break in studies must
select the intended year of entering into the Qualification (e.g. Year Two, Year Three)

Important:
• All documents must be certified (except programme specific requirements e.g.
cover letter)
• When uploading documents, ensure that the scanned file does not exceed 2MB,
and that all documents are scanned in any of the following file types: tiff, pdf, jpg
or gif
• Each document must be scanned and uploaded as separate attachments.
• Your application will not be processed until all documents have been submitted
• Click on the Load/ View Document to submit your first document (e.g. Final Gr 12/
School Leaving Results)
