‫بعد االنتهاء من هذه الجلسة‪ ,‬سيتمكن المشاركون من‪:‬‬

‫الخروج بتعريف لمفهوم نتائج اطار العمل‬ ‫‪‬‬

‫استيعاب اهمية ومالئمة نتائج اطار العمل و الفرق بينها و بين االطر المنطقية‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫استيعاب مستويات النتائج المختلفة‪ ,‬و كيفية تطوير اطار العمل‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫تطبيق نتائج اطار العمل على دراسة حالة عملية‬ ‫‪‬‬

‫المنهجيات‬

‫الترحيب بالمشاركين في هذه الجلسة بعنوان (نتائج اطار العمل)‪.‬‬ ‫’‪30‬‬

‫تعريف المشاركين بتفاصيل هذه الجلسة‬

‫تقديم المعلومات عن طريق عرض الشرائح‪ ,‬و اعطاء فرصه لعملية العصف الذهني و طرح االسئلة و اضافة معطيات‬
‫جديدة من قبل المشاركين‬

‫نشاط‪ :‬نتائج اطار العمل‬ ‫’‪20‬‬

‫تزويد المشاركين في كل مجموعة ببطاقات مراحل النتائج‪.‬‬
‫اعطاء كل مجموعة خمس عشرة دقيقة لمناقشة المراحل‪ ,‬و ترتيب المراحل و كتابة تعريف لكل منها‪.‬‬
‫الطلب من المجموعات تقديم نتائجهم على الحائط و شرح الصحيح منها و اعطاء تعريف لها‪.‬‬
 ‫دراسة حالة – نتائج اطار العمل‬ ‫’‪50‬‬
‫اعطاء المشاركين بعض الوقت للتفكير و استذكار الخطوات االخيرة التي طبقوها على دراسة الحالة الخاصة بهم‪.‬‬

‫توزيع تعليمات دراسة حالة نتائج اطار العمل على المجموعة‪.‬‬

‫تزويد المجموعات بالمصادر التي يحتاجونها‪.‬‬

‫اعطاء المشاركين الوقت الكافي لتطبيق نتائج اطار العمل على دراسة الحالة و تثبيت النتائج على الحائط‪.‬‬

‫السماح لكل مجموعة باالطالع على ما توصلت اليه المجموعات االخرى و اعطائهم تعليقات عن تحليالتهم‪.‬‬

‫اعطاء كل فريق عشر دقائق للتفكير في شجرتهم بناءا على تعليقات باقي المشاركين عليها‪.‬‬

Aim: To enable participants to understand and develop Results framework

Objectives:

After the end of this session, participants will be able to:

 Give a definition of Results framework

 Understand the importance and relevance of Results framework and the difference between it
and logical frameworks
 Understand the different levels of results, and how to develop a framework
 Developing Results framework for a practical case study

Methodologies

Welcome participants to Results framework session. 30’

Introduce the session to participants

Present the information on the slides, and allow brainstorming, questions and input from
participants

Activity: the results framework 20’

Provide participants from each group with the cards of results stages

Allow each group 15-minutes to discuss them, put them in order, and write a definition for
each one

Ask groups to present their results on the wall, and explain the correct one and the
definitions
Case study- Results framework 50’

Allow participants some time to reflect and remember the last steps they applied on their
case study

Distribute the case study- Results framework instructions to the group

Provide the groups with the needed resources

Allow participants time to develop a Results framework for their case study, and to
construct the result on the wall

Allow groups to visit all other groups and give them feedback on their analysis

Allow groups another 10 minutes to reflect on their tree based on the feedback.
