General notes:
-should generally contain what-when-where-why-how
-short interpretation and id
- WALK THE OUTCROP
-conserve space and use symbols when possible

Standard (NIGS Undergrad) Naming:

First 3 - Location
4th - Month
5th - Day
6th - Group
7th - Outcrop Number
8th - Samples count/ number
e.g RIZ-C5-6-1A
RIZ- sample from Rizal, C (Month>March),5 - Day, Group 6, Outcrop 1 Sample A
