and not AFP

Actor Involvement

 MILF (Task Force Ettihad) could be considered as enforcer when they are participating in
law enforcement operation together with AFP and PNP.
 Security guards who apprehended suspects (in cases of theft, shoplifting etc) they are
tag as complainants affiliated with the establishments they are working for.
Actor Effect

 Rescued can be applied to other situations other than the Marawi war but there should
be careful weighing before doing so. If that actor was kidnapped but managed to
escape, the effect should still be 'Kidnapped'. If the actor was trafficked but was
rescued, the effect should still be 'Trafficked'.
