EzyCash - Terms and Conditions

As used herein, the word "Card" mean all Credit Cards (excluding corporate and purchasing cards) issued
by Malayan Banking Berhad ("MBB"). "Cardmember" means the holder of MBB credit card. The terms and
conditions herein are to apply in conjunction with the MBB Cardmember Agreement".

1. The EzyCash Program is open to all existing and new Principal Cardmembers.

2. The Cardmember must have individual savings and/or current account with Maybank and/or Maybank
Islamic Berhad (MIB). Cardmember must be a registered Maybank2u user for EzyCash application via
M2u.

3. The EzyCash allows the Cardmember to draw up to 90% of the available credit limit. The approve
amount will be based on the Cardmember credit limit and available installment balance. The final
amount approve will be based on Bank’s credit evaluation.

4. The EzyCash approved amount will be disbursed into the Cardmember's Maybank individual
savings/current account with MBB/MIB. Disbursement of fund into joint saving, joint current account
and/or current account with overdraft facility is not allowed.

5. The minimum application amount is RM2,000.00 and subsequence amount is in multiple of hundred.
The maximum application amount is subjected to Cardmember’s available credit limit at the time of
application.

6. The approval or decline of the Cardmember's application will be subjected to the Cardmember's
available credit limit at the time the application is processed.

7. The Cardmember may apply for more than one EzyCash subjected to the Cardmember’s available
credit limit.

8. A *one-time EzyCash handling fee of 3.88% of EzyCash approved amount (applies for EzyCash 6
months plan) will be billed to Cardmember’s credit card account upon approval of the EzyCash.

9. RM100 *cash advance fee chargeable per approved transaction for EzyCash 12/18/24/30/36 months
plan.

10. The fee is non refundable and will be billed to the credit card account separately.

11. The Cardmember would not receive any Treats Points for EzyCash program unless stated otherwise.

12. The Cardmember is responsible to ensure correct information is given upon applying for EzyCash:
i. the amount of EzyCash to apply and
ii. Maybank individual savings/current account number is correct.

13. For successful online application via Maybank2u, the amount will be credited immediately upon
approval of the EzyCash application. Any cancellation of EzyCash application can only be done in
writing to Maybank Credit Card Centre.

14. The server for EzyCash online application via www.maybank.com.my will not be available daily from
11:30pm to 6:00am (Malaysian time).

15. The EzyCash approved amount shall be repaid by the Cardmember within the repayment period equal
monthly installments with the interest rate by the selected plan. Each installment amount will be
billed to the Cardmembers account on the billing date for the month until the full settlement. The

 EzyCash amount will be reserved with the existing credit card limit for this purpose and shall not be
available to the Cardmember until full settlement of the EzyCash facility.

16. The EzyCash Monthly Installment is computed as the approved amount divided by EzyCash Installment
Period. In the event Cardmember fails to pay the monthly installment in full, the interest rate of 15-
18% per annum (depending on Cardmember’s previous 12 months payment records) will be charged
on the remaining balance installment unpaid on the due date until the installment is settled in full.

17. If the Cardmember fully settle the EzyCash amount before the expiry of the EzyCash installment
period, there will be no early settlement fee charged.

18. If the Cardmember’s MBB credit card account is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the
Cardmember shall forthwith settle all balances due under the EzyCash program upon termination.
Otherwise the prevailing finance charge shall be levied on the outstanding balance comprises of
principal outstanding and interest accrued.

19. By participating in the EzyCash program, cardmember is obliged to visit Maybank website at
www.maybank.com.my on regular basis to view the terms and conditions and kept up-to-date with
any changes or variations made to the terms and conditions.

20. MBB reserves the right to vary, change, amend, delete or add any of to these Terms and Conditions
wholly or in part at any time by giving twenty (21) days prior notice to the Cardmember to the effect
via Maybank website at www.maybank.com.my.

21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

22. These Terms & Conditions shall be supplemental to the existing Terms and Conditions governing MBB
Cardmember Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions
contained herein and the Terms & Conditions governing the later, and any advertising, publicity
and other materials relating to or in connection with the Program, the Terms and Conditions herein
shall prevail for the purpose of this Program.
