It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Sean Arteaga. I had the
honor of working with Sean as a fellow associate teacher at Reedley College Child Development
Lab School for three years.
Sean would be a great asset in any workplace. During his time with us at the lab school, Sean
excelled in many different areas. He was a dedicated student with his studies, as well as a strong
example of what a teacher should be in the classroom. As a fellow team member, Sean was
meticulous about making sure that our classroom routine ran smoothly and showing our lab
students how to do the same. During meetings, Sean had useful input that helped benefit our
classroom and our program.
As a teacher in the classroom, Sean made children and families feel safe and welcomed with his
warm personality. Children who often needed one on one attention flourished under Sean’s care
and guidance. He was able to create and run activities for the children in our care, focusing on
extending their learning by following the children’s interest.

I would recommend Sean as a valuable member to your team.
