Philosophy of Education

The role of a teacher is a very important role that greatly influences the outcome of the

student’s success in the class. It is more than just providing information; it also must do building

relationships and have excellent classroom management skills. The role of a teacher is to be their

biggest advocate, and their source to success. It is a teacher’s responsibility to build relationships

with each child find out their educational needs and aim for their success.

A child’s success in educational growth should be the teacher’s main goal. This goal is

met by making sure you are to work as much as possible with not only the student but also for

the student’s family as well. A teacher needs to build a community within the classroom. The

teacher also needs to make learning fun and engaging for the student. I think this is all important

for the growth of the child and their success.

This reasonability that teachers have is the reason I want to be an early childhood

educator. I know that is I will play one of the biggest roles in the success of the academic growth

the child will make that school year. I am confident I will do an excellent job because I am

naturally good at it. I have a natural patient for children. I am the last born of my family, so I

have a natural playful spirit that will benefit me in finding creative ways to teach children in a

way that will keep them engaged. Most importantly, I have the passion to teach and want

students to thrive and be successful in school.

I think all of these things are the receipt to make an excellent and successful teacher. My

goal has always been to give children a high-quality education. I am confident that this is what I

am good at. I know that I will succeed and have a wonderful teaching journey ahead of me. I

want to be a teacher that really makes an impact on the child’s academic and emotional growth. I

want the teacher to they remember. I want to inspire the next generation of teachers in giving
them a example of what type of teacher one should be. I also want to be an example for other

teachers that they should aim to go above and beyond.
