Hello,

I want to believe this is just a coincidence, I believe in your products and your quality. I would not like
to take any other brand than Logitech, which is confirmed by the fact that I took Logitech g903 mouse
with mat a few days ago, replacing my g502 Proteus Spectrum. This is the second time I'm writing for
the Logitech G633 headset, which I got as a replacement in October 2017, I believe you can see in my
case history. This time there was a problem with the microphone because it stopped working.

It is very irritating and disturbing that on such a high quality headset as Logitech G633 is can not be
achieved communication with business partners or communication with other teammates.

Since I am a lover of good equipment, I keep all my equipment very well, proof that these headphones
that look as new, have no scratches, and they are in perfect condition, as you can see in the pictures.

I would like to offer you a solution to my problem, to continue to be a satisfied user of your products.
