05-2019 to -2019 (without late fee) and 22-06-2019 (with late fee of Rs. 3,000/-)

Registration fee Rs 1200/- ( Rs. 600 for SC/ST)

Payment can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card and Internet Banking.
Upload your Photo in 180 width * 180 height and signature in 150 width * 40 height. Image size
and Signature need to be less than 100kb individually.
