‫ﺧﺎﻟﺪ ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﻤﻨﻌﻢ اﻟﺮﻓﺎﻋﻲ‬

‫}ﺧ ِﺬ اﻟﻌَ ْﻔ َﻮ‬
‫وا َﻣ َﺮ ُه ﻓﻲ ُﻣ ْﺤﻜ َ ِﻢ اﻟﺘ( ﻨ ِْﺰﻳﻞ ﺑﻘﻮﻟﻪ‪ُ :‬‬ ‫وﺳﻠﻢ‪Q ،‬‬
‫ﻴﻦ{‪ ،‬واﻟﻘﺎﺋﻞ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺎﻫ ِﻠ َ‬ ‫َو ‪Z‬ا ُﻣ ْﺮ ِﺑ ْﺎﻟﻌُ ْﺮ ِف َو ‪Q‬اﻋْ ِﺮ ْض ﻋَ ِﻦ ْاﻟ َﺠ ِ‬
‫}وﻟَ َﻤ ْﻦ َﺻ َﺒ َﺮ َو َﻏ َﻔ َﺮ _ان( َذ ِﻟ َﻚ ﻟَ ِﻤ ْﻦ ﻋَ ْﺰ ِم‬
‫َ‬

‫اﻟﺘﺼﻨﻴﻔﺎت‪ :‬اﻟﺪﻓﺎع ﻋﻦ ﻋﻠﻤﺎء أﻫﻞ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ واﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ‪-‬‬

‫وا َﻣ َﺮ ُه ﻓﻲ ُﻣ ْﺤﻜ َ ِﻢ اﻟﺘ( ﻨ ِْﺰﻳﻞ‬ ‫ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ‪Q ،‬‬ ‫ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ (‬


‫(‬ ‫ﻇﻠﻤﺎت اﻟﺠﻬﻞ ﺑ َﺒﻌْ َﺜﺔ‬‫ِ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﷲ اﻟﺬي ﺑﺪ( د‬
‫}وﻟَ َﻤ ْﻦ َﺻ َﺒ َﺮ َو َﻏ َﻔ َﺮ‬‫ﻴﻦ{ ]اﻷﻋﺮاف‪ ،[199:‬واﻟﻘﺎﺋﻞ‪َ :‬‬ ‫ﺑﻘﻮﻟﻪ‪ُ } :‬ﺧ ِﺬ ْاﻟﻌَ ْﻔ َﻮ َو ‪Z‬ا ُﻣ ْﺮ ِﺑ ْﺎﻟﻌُ ْﺮ ِف َو ‪Q‬اﻋْ ِﺮ ْض ﻋَ ِﻦ ْاﻟ َﺠ ِ‬
‫ﺎﻫ ِﻠ َ‬
‫ﻮر{ ]اﻟﺸﻮرى‪ .[43:‬واﻟﺼﻼة واﻟﺴﻼم ﻋﻠﻰ رﺳﻮل اﷲ ‪ -‬ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ ‪-‬‬ ‫ﻻ ُﻣ ِ‬ ‫_ا (ن َذ ِﻟ َﻚ ﻟَ ِﻤ ْﻦ ﻋَ ْﺰ ِم ا ‪r‬‬
‫وﻳﻈﻬﺮ‬
‫َ‬ ‫اﻟﺨﻤﺮ‪،‬‬
‫ُ‬ ‫ﺸﺮب‬
‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬
‫اﻟﺠﻬﻞ‪ ،‬وﻳُ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ أن ﻳُ ﺮﻓﻊَ اﻟﻌﻠﻢ )‪/tag/‬اﻟﻌﻠﻢ(ُ‪ ،‬وﻳَ ﺜ ُﺒ َ‬
‫ﺖ‬ ‫إن ﻣﻦ أﺷﺮاط (‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺎﺋﻞ‪( » :‬‬
‫اﻟﻌﻠﻢ اﻧﺘﺰاﻋً ﺎ ﻳﻨﺘﺰﻋُ ُﻪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﺒﺎد‪ ،‬وﻟﻜﻦ ﻳَ ْﻘ ِﺒ ُﺾ اﻟﻌﻠﻢ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫إن اﷲ ﻻ ﻳَ ْﻘ ِﺒ ُﺾ‬ ‫اﻟﺰ َﻧﺎ « ]ﻣﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ[‪ ،‬واﻟﻘﺎﺋﻞ‪( » :‬‬ ‫‪Ç‬‬
‫ﻓﻀ ‪É‬ﻠﻮا‬ ‫ﻓﺴ ِﺌ ُﻠﻮا‪َ ،‬ﻓ ‪Q‬ﺎ ْﻓﺘَ ْﻮا ِﺑ َﻐ ْﻴﺮ ِﻋ ٍ‬
‫ﻠﻢ‪َ ،‬‬ ‫ؤوﺳﺎ ُﺟﻬ( ﺎﻻً‪ُ ،‬‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻟﻤﺎ‪ ،‬ا (ﺗﺨﺬ اﻟﻨ ُ‬
‫(ﺎس ُر ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺑﻘ ْﺒ ِﺾ اﻟﻌُ ﻠَ ِ‬
‫ﻤﺎء‪ ،‬ﺣﺘ( ﻰ إذا ﻟﻢ ﻳُ ْﺒ ِﻖ‬ ‫َ‬
‫وا َﺿ ‪É‬ﻠﻮا « ]ﻣﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ[‪.‬‬ ‫‪Q‬‬

‫ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﻠﻢ اﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ )‪/tag/‬اﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ( اﻟﻜﺮام ‪ -‬رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ ‪ -‬ﻣﻦ رﺳﻮل اﷲ ‪( -‬‬ ‫وﻗﺪ (‬
‫َ‬
‫ﻠﻒ ﻋُ ﺪُ ُ‬
‫وﻟﻪ‪،‬‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ ‪Ç‬‬
‫ﻛﻞ َﺧ ٍ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬
‫أﺗﺒﺎع اﻟﺘ( ﺎﺑﻌﻴﻦ‪ ،‬وﺣﻤﻞ ﻫﺬا‬ ‫(‬
‫وﻋﻠﻢ اﻟﺘ( ﺎﺑﻌﻮن‬ ‫ﺎﺑﻌﻴﻦ‪،‬‬
‫َ‬ ‫ﺛﻢ (‬
‫ﻋﻠﻤﻮا اﻟﺘ(‬ ‫(‬
‫وﺳﻠﻢ ‪( -‬‬
‫اﻟﻤﺒﻄ ِﻠﻴﻦ‪ ،‬وﺗﺄوﻳﻞ اﻟﺠﺎﻫﻠﻴﻦ‪ ،‬وﻣﺎ ﺑﻠﻐﻮا ذﻟﻚ إﻻ ﺑﻨ َْﻔ ِﻲ اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد‪،‬‬ ‫َ‬
‫واﻧﺘﺤﺎل ُ‬ ‫َ‬
‫ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻒ اﻟﻐﺎﻟﻴﻦ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻓﻨ ََﻔ ْﻮا ﻋﻨﻪ‬
‫اﻟﺸﻌْ ِﺒ ‪Ç‬ﻲ ‪ -‬رﺣﻤﻪ اﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‬‫ُﻜﻮر ﻛ ُﺒﻜُﻮر اﻟﻐﺮاب‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ َو َردَ ﻋﻦ (‬
‫وﺻﺒﺮ ﻛﺼﺒﺮ اﻟﺠﻤﺎد‪ ،‬وﺑ ٍ‬
‫ٍ‬ ‫واﻟﺴ ْﻴﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻼد‪،‬‬
‫(‬
‫وﻟﺴﺎن ﺣﺎﻟﻬﻢ‪:‬‬
‫ُ‬ ‫اﻟﻜﺒﺎر‪ ،‬وﺻﺎرﻋﻮا اﻷﻫﻮال اﻟﻌﻈﺎم‪،‬‬ ‫(‬
‫اﻟﻤﺸﺎق ِ‬ ‫‪ -‬وﻛﺎﺑﺪوا‬

‫ﻮس َو ‪Q‬ا ْﻟ َﻘ ْﻮا دُ و َﻧﻪ ا ‪r‬‬


‫ﻻ ُز َرا‬ ‫ﻮن َﻗﺪْ ﺑَﻠَ ُﻐﻮا *** َﺟﻬْ ﺪَ اﻟﻨ ُ‪É‬ﻔ ِ‬ ‫ﺖ ِﻟ ْﻠ َﻤ ْﺠ ِﺪ َو (‬
‫اﻟﺴﺎﻋُ َ‬ ‫دَ َﺑ ْﺒ َ‬
‫َﻓﻜَﺎ َﺑﺪُ وا ْاﻟ َﻤ ْﺠﺪَ َﺣﺘ( ﻰ َﻣ (ﻞ ‪Q‬اﻛْ َﺜ ُﺮ ُﻫ ْﻢ *** َوﻋَ ﺎ َﻧ َﻖ ْاﻟ َﻤ ْﺠﺪَ َﻣ ْﻦ ‪Q‬ا ْو َﻓﻰ َو َﻣ ْﻦ َﺻ َﺒ َﺮا‬
‫آﻛ ُﻠ ُﻪ *** ﻟَ ْﻦ َﺗ ْﺒ ُﻠ َﻎ ْاﻟ َﻤ ْﺠﺪَ َﺣﺘ( ﻰ َﺗ ْﻠﻌَ َﻖ (‬
‫اﻟﺼ ِﺒ َﺮا‬ ‫ﺖ ِ‬‫ﻻ َﺗ ْﺤ َﺴ ِﺐ ْاﻟ َﻤ ْﺠﺪَ َﺗ ْﻤ ًﺮا ‪Q‬ا ْﻧ َ‬

‫وﻋَ ِﻤﻠﻮا ﺑﻨﺼﻴﺤﺔ اﻟﺸﺎﻓﻌﻲ )‪/tag/‬اﻟﺸﺎﻓﻌﻲ(ِّ ‪ -‬رﺣﻤﻪ اﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ‪ْ -‬‬


‫إذ ﻳﻘﻮل‪:‬‬
‫ﻴﻚ ﻋَ ْﻦ َﺗ ْﻔ ِﺼﻴ ِﻠﻬَ ﺎ ِﺑ َﺒ َﻴ ِ‬
‫ﺎن‬ ‫َﺎل ْاﻟ ِﻌ ْﻠ َﻢ _اﻻ( ِﺑ ِﺴﺘ( ٍﺔ *** َﺳ ‪r‬ﺎ ْﻧ ِﺒ َ‬
‫‪Q‬ا ِﺧﻲ‪ ،‬ﻟَ ْﻦ َﺗﻨ َ‬
‫ُ‬ ‫اﺟ ِﺘﻬَ ﺎدٌ َوﺑ ُْﻠ َﻐ ٌﺔ *** َو ُﺻ ْﺤ َﺒ ُﺔ ‪r‬ا ْﺳﺘَ ٍ‬ ‫َذﻛ َ ٌ‬
‫ﺎذ َو ُﻃﻮل َز َﻣ ِ‬
‫ﺎن‬ ‫ﺎء َو ِﺣ ْﺮ ٌص َو ْ‬

‫رﻳﺶ‪ ،‬وأﻗﺤﻤﻮا‬ ‫وراﻣﻮا (‬


‫اﻟﻄﻴﺮان ﺑﻐﻴﺮ ٍ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫أﺻﺎﻏﺮ‪َ ،‬ﺗ َﺰﺑ(ﺒﻮا ﻗﺒﻞ أن ﻳَ ﺘَ َﺤ ْﺼ َﺮ ُﻣﻮا‪،‬‬
‫ُ‬ ‫وزاﺣﻤﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ أﻏﻤﺎ ٌر‬
‫ﺣﺐ ‪É‬‬
‫اﻟﻈﻬﻮر‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻦ (‬
‫ﻓﺎ ْﺳ ِﻤﻌﻮا ﻣﺎ ﻳﻜﺮﻫﻮن‪ ،‬وﻛﺎﻧﻮا ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬا ﻓﻲ ِﻏﻨًﻰ وﻋﺎﻓﻴﺔ‪( ،‬‬ ‫أﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻻ ﻳُ ﺤﺴﻨﻮن‪r ،‬‬
‫اﻟﻈﻬﻮر‪ ،‬واﻟﺠﺰاء ﻣﻦ ﺟﻨﺲ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻳﻘﺼﻢ ‪É‬‬ ‫ِ‬
‫ﺴﻴﺴ ِﺘﻬﻢ‪َ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ‬
‫ﺐ ِﺑﻌﻈﻴﻢ اﻷﻟﻘﺎب‪ ،‬واﻟﺘ( ﻜ ‪Ç‬ﻨﻲ ﺑﺒﺪﻳﻊ اﻟﻜُﻨَﻰ‪ ،‬ﻋﺴﻰ أن َﺗﺮﻓﻊَ ﻣﻦ َﺧ َ‬ ‫‪É‬‬
‫اﻟﺘﻠﻘ َ‬ ‫أﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ‬
‫ُ‬ ‫َﺖ ﻟﻬﻢ‬ ‫وزﻳ( ﻨ ْ‬
‫ﻛﻤﻦ ﻗﻴﻞ ﻓﻴﻪ‪:‬‬‫َﺖ ﻋَ ﻨ ُْﻬﻢ ﺷﻴ ًﺌﺎ‪ ،‬وﻛﺎﻧﻮا َ‬‫‪Q‬ا ْﻏﻨ ْ‬

‫ﺎب َﻣ ْﻤﻠَﻜ َ ٍﺔ ِﻓﻲ َﻏ ْﻴﺮ َﻣ ْﻮ ِﺿ ِﻌﻬَ ﺎ *** ﻛ َ ْﺎﻟ ِﻬﺮ‪ Ç‬ﻳَ ْﺤ ِﻜﻲ ا ْﻧ ِﺘ َﻔ ً‬
‫ﺎﺧﺎ َﺻ ْﻮﻟَ َﺔ ا ‪Q‬‬
‫ﻻ َﺳ ِﺪ‬ ‫‪Q‬ا ْﻟ َﻘ ُ‬

‫(ﺎﻟﺔ‪َ ،‬ﻓﻠَ ْﻢ ﻳَ ْﻘﺘَ ِﺼ ُﺮوا ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ َﺳ َﺒ َﻖ‪ ،‬ﺑ َْﻞ َ‬


‫رﻣ ْﻮا َﻏ ْﻴ َﺮ ُﻫ ْﻢ ِﺑﺪَ ا ِﺋ ِﻬﻢ‪ ،‬وﻧﺎ َزﻟﻮﻫﻢ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ُﺛ (ﻢ ﺻﺎر ْ‬
‫أﻣ ُﺮ ُﻫ ْﻢ ِﺿ ْﻐ ًﺜﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ إﺑ ٍ‬
‫وا ْﺧ ِﻠ ْﻖ ﺑﻬﻢ أن ﻳﻜﻮﻧﻮا ﻋﻠﻰ ّ‬
‫اﻟﻀ ‪Ç‬ﺪ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫واﻟﺼﺒﻮر ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﻬﻮل‪Q ،‬‬ ‫(‬ ‫َ‬
‫ﻣﻨﺎزﻟﺔ اﻟﻌﺎ ِﻟﻢ ﻟﻠﺠﺎﻫﻞ‪،‬‬ ‫ﺳﺎﺣﺎت اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻇﺮة‪،‬‬
‫ذﻟﻚ‪ ،‬وأن ﻳُ ﻨ ِْﺸﺪَ راﺋﻴﻬﻢ َ‬
‫ﻗﻮل ﺧﻠﻒ اﻷﺣﻤﺮ‪:‬‬

‫اب‬
‫اﻟﺼ َﻮ ِ‬
‫ﻴﻞ (‬ ‫ﺎء َﻗ ِﻠ ُ‬
‫ﻴﺮ ْاﻟ َﺨ َﻄ ِ‬ ‫ﺐ ُﻣﻮﻟَﻊٌ ِﺑ ْﺎﻟ ِﺨ ِ‬
‫ﻼف *** ﻛ َ ِﺜ ُ‬ ‫ﻟَﻨَﺎ َﺻ ِ‬
‫ﺎﺣ ٌ‬
‫ﺎﺟﺎ ِﻣ َﻦ ْاﻟ ُﺨﻨ ُْﻔ َﺴ ِ‬
‫ﺎء *** َو ‪Q‬ا ْزﻫَﻰ _ا َذا َﻣﺎ َﻣ َﺸﻰ ِﻣ ْﻦ ُﻏ َﺮ ِ‬
‫اب!‬ ‫‪Q‬اﻟَ ‪É‬ﺞ ﻟَ َﺠ ً‬

‫ﻇﻞ ﻏﻴﺎب ‪ -‬أو ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺐ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻢ‪ ،‬ﻓﻲ ‪Ç‬‬


‫ﻳﺘﺄﺳﻒ ﻋﻠﻰ إﻓﺴﺎح اﻟﻤﺠﺎل ﻷﻣﺜﺎﻟﻬﻢ‪ ،‬ﻟﻴﻘﻮﻟﻮا ﻓﻲ دﻳﻦ اﷲ ﺑﻐﻴﺮ ٍ‬‫(‬ ‫وأن‬
‫أﻃ ًﺮا‪.‬‬ ‫‪Ç‬‬
‫اﻟﺤﻖ ْ‬ ‫ﻳﺆﻃﺮوا ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺮﻋﻴﺔ‪ ،‬دون أن َ‬
‫ﻳﺆﺧﺬ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻳﺪﻳﻬﻢ‪ ،‬وأن َ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﺤ ْﺴﺒﺔ (‬
‫اﻟﺸ (‬ ‫‪ -‬اﻟﻜﻔﺎءات اﻟﻤﻌﺘ َﺒﺮة ِ‬

‫(‬
‫ﻋﺒﺪاﻟﻮﻫﺎب اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻜﻲ‪ ،‬اﻟﻘﺎﺋﻞ‪:‬‬ ‫ورﺣﻤﺔ اﷲ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ‬

‫اﻟﺮﻛَﺎﻳَ ﺎ؟!‬
‫ﺎر ِﻣ َﻦ (‬
‫اﻟﺒ َﺤ ُ‬‫اﺳﺘَ َﻘ ِﺖ ِ‬ ‫اء *** _ا َذا ْ‬
‫ﺎش إﻟﻰ ْار ِﺗ َﻮ ٍ‬ ‫اﻟﻌ َﻄ ُ‬‫َﻣﺘَ ﻰ ﻳَ ِﺼ ُﻞ ِ‬
‫اﻟﺰ َواﻳَ ﺎ؟!‬ ‫اد *** _ا َذا َﺟﻠَ َﺲ ا ‪Q‬‬
‫ﻻﻛ َ ِﺎﺑ ُﺮ ﻓﻲ (‬ ‫ﺎﻏ َﺮ ﻋَ ْﻦ ُﻣ َﺮ ٍ‬
‫ﻻ َﺻ ِ‬‫َو َﻣ ْﻦ ﻳُ ْﺜ ِﻨﻲ ا ‪Q‬‬
‫اﻟﺮ َزاﻳَ ﺎ‬
‫ﺎء ِﻣ ْﻦ _ا ْﺣﺪَ ى (‬ ‫ﺎء ﻳَ ْﻮ ًﻣﺎ *** ﻋَ ﻠَﻰ ‪É‬‬
‫اﻟﺮ َﻓﻌَ ِ‬ ‫َو _ا (ن َﺗ َﺮ ‪É‬ﻓﻊَ ْاﻟ ُﻮ َﺿﻌَ ِ‬
‫َﺖ ُﻣﻨَﺎدَ َﻣ ُﺔ ْاﻟ َﻤﻨَﺎﻳﺎ!!‬ ‫ﺎﻓ ُﻞ َوا ‪Q‬‬
‫ﻻﻋَ ﺎ ِﻟﻲ *** َﻓ َﻘﺪْ َﻃﺎﺑ ْ‬ ‫_ا َذا ْ‬
‫اﺳﺘَ َﻮ ِت ا ‪Q‬‬
‫ﻻ َﺳ ِ‬

‫إذ ﺧﺎﺿﻮا ﺗﻠﻚ ‪É‬‬


‫اﻟﻠ (ﺠﺔ ﺧﺎﺿﻮﻫﺎ ﺑﻤﺮوءة اﻷﺣﺮار‪:‬‬ ‫وﻳﺎ ﻟﻴﺘﻬﻢ ْ‬

‫(ﺎس ُﺣ •ﺮ ﻟَ ْﻢ ﻳَ ﻜُ ْﻦ َﺧ ْﺼ ُﻤ ُﻪ ُﺣ (ﺮا‬
‫ﺎت اﻟﺪ( ْﻫ ِﺮ ‪Q‬ا ْو ُﻣ ْﻀ ِﺤﻜَﺎ ِﺗ ِﻪ *** ﻟَﺪَ ى اﻟﻨ ِ‬
‫َو ِﻣ ْﻦ ُﻣ ْﺒ ِﻜ َﻴ ِ‬
‫ﻳﺸ (ﻴﺨﻮا وإن ﺷﺎﺧﻮا!!‬ ‫(‬
‫وﻟﻌﻠﻬﻢ ﻟﻦ َ‬ ‫ﺗﺸﻴﺨﻮا ﻗﺒﻞ أن ﻳﺸﻴﺨﻮا‪،‬‬ ‫ﻓﻨﻌﻮذ ﺑﺎﷲ ﻣﻦ أﻧﺎس (‬
‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﻛﻴﻔﻤﺎ ا (ﺗ َﻔﻖ‪ ،‬ﻓﺘﺠﺪ (‬

‫‪ -‬ﻓﻠﻴﺲ ﻋﻨﺪه إﻻ (‬

‫اب ُﻣ َﻮﻛ( ُﻞ‬ ‫َﺗ َﺮا ُه ُﻣﻌَ ﺪ‪ ß‬ا ِﻟ ْﻠ ِﺨ ِ‬


‫ﻼف ﻛ َ ‪Q‬ﺎ (ﻧ ُﻪ *** ِﺑ َﺮ ¶د ﻋَ ﻠَﻰ ‪Q‬ا ْﻫ ِﻞ (‬
‫اﻟﺼ َﻮ ِ‬

‫وﻗﺎل اﻵﺧﺮ‪:‬‬

‫اب ُﻣ َﻮﻛ( ُﻞ‬ ‫اب ﻛ َ ‪Q‬ﺎ (ﻧ ُﻪ *** ِﺑ َﺮ ¶د ﻋَ ﻠَﻰ ‪Q‬ا ْﻫ ِﻞ (‬


‫اﻟﺼ َﻮ ِ‬ ‫اﻟﺼ َﻮ ِ‬ ‫َر ِﻗﻴﻊٌ َﺧ ِﺼ ٌ‬
‫ﻴﻢ ِﻓﻲ (‬

‫ﻓﺎﻟﻮاﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻃﻼب اﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻓﻤﻦ ﻓﻮﻗﻬﻢ إذا َﻧﺼﺤﻮا‪ ،‬ﻓﻘﻮﺑﻠﻮا ﺑﺄﻣﺜﺎل ﻫﺆﻻء‪ ،‬أن ﻳﺴﻌﻬﻢ اﻟﺼﻤﺖ‬
‫(‬
‫وﻟﻴﺘﻤﺜﻠﻮا ﻗﻮل اﻟﺸﺎﻓﻌﻲ‪:‬‬ ‫واﻹﻋﺮاض واﻟﺼﻔﺢ اﻟﺠﻤﻴﻞ‪،‬‬

‫اﻋ َﻴ ِﺔ اﻟ (ﻨﻌَ ْﻢ‬‫ﻮﻣﺎ ِﻟ َﺮ ِ‬‫اﻋ َﻴ ِﺔ ْاﻟ َﻐﻨ َْﻢ *** َو ‪Q‬ا ْﻧ ُﺸ ُﺮ َﻣﻨ ُْﻈ ً‬
‫‪Q‬ا ‪Q‬ا ْﻧ ُﺜ ُﺮ دُ ‪ß‬را ﺑ َْﻴ َﻦ َر ِ‬
‫ْﺖ َﻗﺪْ ُﺿ ‪Ç‬ﻴﻌْ ُﺖ ِﻓﻲ َﺷﺮ‪ Ç‬ﺑ َْﻠﺪَ ٍة *** َﻓﻠَ ْﺴ ُﺖ ُﻣ ِﻀﻴﻌً ﺎ ﺑ َْﻴﻨ َُﻬ ْﻢ ُﻏ َﺮ َر ْاﻟﻜ َ ِﻠ ْﻢ‬ ‫ﻟَ ِﺌ ْﻦ ﻛُﻨ ُ‬
‫ﻼ ِﻟ ْﻠﻌُ ُﻠ ِ‬
‫ﻮم َو ِﻟ ْﻠ ِﺤﻜ َ ْﻢ‬ ‫ﻳﻢ ِﺑ ُﻠ ْﻄ ِﻔ ِﻪ *** َو ‪Q‬ادْ َرﻛْ ُﺖ ‪Q‬ا ْﻫ ً‬
‫اﷲ ْاﻟﻜ َ ِﺮ ُ‬‫َﻓ _ﺎ ْن َﻓ (ﺮ َج ( ُ‬
‫ون ﻟَﺪَ (ي َو ُﻣﻜْﺘَ ﺘَ ْﻢ‬ ‫اﺳﺘَ َﻔﺪْ ُت ِودَ ادَ ُﻫ ْﻢ *** َو _اﻻ( َﻓ َﻤ ْﺨ ُﺰ ٌ‬ ‫ﺑ ََﺜ ْﺜ ُﺖ ُﻣ ِﻔﻴﺪً ا َو ْ‬
‫ﻴﻦ َﻓ َﻘﺪْ َﻇﻠَ ْﻢ‬ ‫ﺎل ِﻋ ْﻠ ًﻤﺎ ‪Q‬ا َﺿﺎﻋَ ُﻪ *** َو َﻣ ْﻦ َﻣﻨَﻊَ ُ‬
‫اﻟﻤ ْﺴﺘَ ْﻮ ِﺟ ِﺒ َ‬ ‫اﻟﺠﻬ( َ‬
‫َو َﻣ ْﻦ َﻣﻨ ََﺢ ُ‬

‫ﻴﻔ َﺔ ْاﻟ َﻔ ْﻀ ُﻞ ﺑ ُْﻦ ْاﻟ ُﺤ َﺒ ِ‬


‫ﺎب‪:‬‬ ‫َو َﻗ َ‬
‫ﺎل ‪Q‬اﺑُﻮ َﺧ ِﻠ َ‬

‫ﻮل َﺻ ْﻤ ِﺘ َﻲ ِﻣ ْﻦ ِﻋ ¶ﻲ َوﻻ َﺧ َﺮ ِس‬ ‫ﺖ ُﻗ ْﻠ ُﺖ ﻟَ ُﻬ ْﻢ *** َﻣﺎ ُﻃ ُ‬ ‫اﻟﺼ ْﻤ َ‬‫ﻴﻞ (‬ ‫اك ُﺗ ِﻄ ُ‬ ‫َﻗ ُﺎﻟﻮا َﻧ َﺮ َ‬
‫ﻻ ْﻣ َﺮﻳْ ِﻦ َﻣﻨ ِْﺰﻟَ ًﺔ *** ِﻋﻨ ِْﺪي َو ‪Q‬ا ْﺣ َﺴ ُﻦ ِﻟﻲ ِﻣ ْﻦ َﻣﻨ ِْﻄ ٍﻖ َﺷ ِﻜ ِﺲ‬ ‫ﻟَ ِﻜﻨ ُ(ﻪ ‪Q‬ا ْﺟ َﻤ ُﻞ ا ‪Q‬‬
‫ﺖ َذا َﺧ َﻄ ٍﻞ *** َﻓ ُﻘ ْﻠ ُﺖ ﻫَﺎ ُﺗﻮا ‪Q‬ا ُرو ِﻧﻲ َو ْﺟﻪَ ُﻣ ْﻘﺘَ ِﺒ ِﺲ‬ ‫َﻗ ُﺎﻟﻮا َﻧ َﺮ َ‬
‫اك ‪Q‬ا ِدﻳ ًﺒﺎ ﻟَ ْﺴ َ‬
‫ﻴﻪ َﻣﺪَ ى اﻟﻨ َ(ﻔ ِﺲ‬ ‫ﻼم َﻓ ‪r‬ﺎﻋْ ِﻄ ِ‬‫ﺎوى ْاﻟﻜ َ َ‬ ‫ﻟَ ْﻮ ِﺷ ْﺌ ُﺖ ُﻗ ْﻠ ُﺖ َوﻟَ ِﻜ ْﻦ ﻻ ‪Q‬ا َرى ‪Q‬ا َﺣﺪً ا *** َﺳ َ‬
‫ﻴﻤ ْﻦ ﻟَ ْﻴ َﺲ ﻳَ ﻌْ ِﺮ ُﻓ ُﻪ *** َو ‪Q‬ا ْﻧ ُﺜ ُﺮ اﻟﺪ‪( É‬ر ِﻟ ْﻠﻌُ ْﻤ َﻴ ِﺎ ِن ِﻓﻲ ْاﻟ َﻐﻠَ ِﺲ؟!‬
‫‪Q‬ا ‪Q‬ا ْﻧ ُﺸ ُﺮ اﻟ َﺒ (ﺰ ِﻓ َ‬

‫وﻗﺎل اﻟﺸﺎﻋﺮ‪:‬‬

‫َﻓ َﻤ ْﻦ َﺣ َﻮى ْاﻟ ِﻌ ْﻠ َﻢ ُﺛ (ﻢ ‪Q‬ا ْودَ ﻋَ ُﻪ *** ِﺑ َﺠﻬْ ِﻠ ِﻪ َﻏ ْﻴ َﺮ ‪Q‬ا ْﻫ ِﻠ ِﻪ َﻇﻠَ َﻤﻪْ‬
‫َﺎء _ا َذا *** َﺗ (ﻢ ﻟَ ُﻪ َﻣﺎ ‪Q‬ا َرادَ ُه َﻫﺪَ َﻣﻪْ‬‫ﺎن ﻛ َ ْﺎﻟ ُﻤ ْﺒﺘَ ِﻨﻲ ْاﻟ ِﺒﻨ َ‬
‫َوﻛ َ َ‬
‫وﻗﺎل آﺧﺮ‪:‬‬
‫ﻴﻦ َﺷﻜَﺎ ‪Ç‬‬
‫اﻟﻀ ْﻔﺪَ ُع‬ ‫ﺎل ِﺣ َ‬ ‫‪Q‬ا ُﻗ ُ‬
‫ﻮل َو ِﺳﺘْ ُﺮ اﻟﺪ‪َ É‬ﺟﻰ ُﻣ ْﺴ َﺒ ٌﻞ *** ﻛ َ َﻤﺎ َﻗ َ‬
‫ﻼﻣ َﻲ _ا ْن ُﻗ ْﻠﺘُ ُﻪ َﺿﺎ ِﺋﻊٌ *** َو ِﻓﻲ (‬
‫اﻟﺼ ْﻤ ِﺖ َﺣﺘْ ِﻔﻲ َﻓ َﻤﺎ ‪Q‬ا ْﺻﻨَﻊُ‬ ‫ﻛَ ِ‬

‫ﺷﺮ‬‫ﻳﻘ َﻴﻨﺎ (‬
‫ﻋﻠﻤﺎ‪ ،‬وأن ِ‬ ‫ﻳﻌﻠﻤﻨﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻨﺎ‪ ،‬وأن ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻨﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ (‬
‫ﻋﻠﻤﻨﺎ‪ ،‬وأن ﻳﺰﻳﺪﻧﺎ ً‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻨ(ﻨﺎ ﻧﺴﺄل اﷲ ‪ -‬ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ‪ -‬أن ‪Ç‬‬
‫وﺷﺮ ‪Ç‬‬
‫اﻟﺘﻘﻮ َل ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ‪ -‬ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ‪ْ -‬‬
‫ﺑﻐﻴ ِﺮ‬ ‫‪É‬‬ ‫ﻴﺘﻬﺎ‪ ،‬وأن ﻳُ َﺠ ‪Ç‬ﻨﺒﻨﺎ‬ ‫آﺧ ٌﺬ ِﺑﻨ ِ‬
‫َﺎﺻ ِ‬ ‫داﺑﺔ ﻫﻮ ِ‬
‫ﻛﻞ ٍ‬ ‫(‬ ‫وﺷﺮ اﻷﺷﺮار‪،‬‬
‫(‬ ‫أﻧﻔﺴﻨﺎ‪،‬‬
‫وأﻣ َﻮ ِت اﻷﺷﻴﺎء ِﻟ ْﻠ ُﻘﻠﻮب‪.‬‬
‫ِﻋ ْﻠﻢ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈ (ﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺒﺎﺋﺮ اﻟﺬﻧﻮب )‪/tag/‬اﻟﺬﻧﻮب(‪ ،‬وأﻋْ َﻴ ِﺐ اﻟﻌُ ﻴﻮب‪ْ ،‬‬

‫ﻛﻠﻤﺔ ﻳﻜﺘﺒﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻟﺌﻼ ﻳﻨﺪم ﺣﻴﻦ ﻻ ﻳﻨﻔﻊ اﻟﻨﺪم‪ ،‬ﻗﺎل ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪َ } :‬وﻛُ (ﻞ‬ ‫ٍ‬ ‫ﺖ ْاﻟ َﻤ ْﺮء ﻣﻨ(ﺎ ﻳﺘﺄ (ﻧﻰ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺴﻄﻴﺮ ‪Ç‬‬
‫ﻛﻞ‬ ‫وﻳﺎ ﻟَ ْﻴ َ‬
‫ﺎﻣ ِﺔ ِﻛﺘَ ﺎﺑًﺎ ﻳَ ْﻠ َﻘﺎ ُه َﻣﻨ ُْﺸﻮ ًرا ‪ْ .‬‬
‫اﻗ َﺮ ‪Z‬ا ِﻛﺘَ ﺎﺑ َ‬
‫َﻚ ﻛ َ َﻔﻰ ِﺑﻨ َْﻔ ِﺴ َﻚ‬ ‫ﺎن ‪Q‬ا ْﻟ َﺰ ْﻣﻨَﺎ ُه َﻃﺎ ِﺋ َﺮ ُه ِﻓﻲ ﻋُ ﻨ ُِﻘ ِﻪ َو ُﻧ ْﺨ ِﺮ ُج ﻟَ ُﻪ ﻳَ ْﻮ َم ْاﻟ ِﻘ َﻴ َ‬
‫_ا ْﻧ َﺴ ٍ‬
‫ْاﻟ َﻴ ْﻮ َم ﻋَ ﻠَ ْﻴ َﻚ َﺣ ِﺴﻴ ًﺒﺎ { ]اﻹﺳﺮاء‪.[14-13:‬‬

‫َ‬
‫وﻻت ﺣﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﻳﻐﺎدر ﺻﻐﻴﺮ ًة وﻻ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ًة إﻻ أﺣﺼﺎﻫﺎ‪،‬‬
‫ُ‬ ‫ﻛﺘﺎب ﻻ‬
‫ٍ‬ ‫وأن ﻳَ ْﺤ َﺬر ﻣﻦ أن ﻳﺮى َﺗ َﻘ ‪É‬ﻮﻟَﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ر ‪Ç‬ﺑﻪ ﻓﻲ‬
‫َﻣﻨْﺪَ م‪.‬‬
‫ﻗﺎل اﻟﺠﺎﺣﻆ‪:‬‬

‫َو َﻣﺎ ِﻣ ْﻦ ﻛَﺎ ِﺗ ٍﺐ إﻻ( َﺳﺘَ ْﺒ َﻘﻰ *** ِﻛﺘَ ﺎ َﺑﺘُ ُﻪ َو _ا ْن َﻓ ِﻨ َﻴ ْﺖ ﻳَ ﺪَ ا ُه‬
‫َﻓﻼ َﺗﻜْﺘُ ْﺐ ِﺑﻜ َ ‪Ç‬ﻔ َﻚ َﻏ ْﻴ َﺮ َﺷ ْﻲ ٍء *** ﻳَ ُﺴ ‪É‬ﺮ َك ِﻓﻲ ْاﻟ ِﻘ َﻴ َ‬
‫ﺎﻣ ِﺔ ‪Q‬ا ْن َﺗ َﺮا ُه‬

‫ﻮل ﻣﺎ ﻗﺎل ﺷﻴﺦ اﻹﺳﻼم ﻓﻲ ]ﻣﺠﻤﻮع‬ ‫‪É‬ﺼﺢ‪َ ،‬ﻓ ‪Q‬ﺎ ُﻗ ُ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ﻇﺎن أ ّﻧﻲ‬ ‫ﻫﺬا‪َ ،‬و َﻗﺪْ‬
‫اﻟﻌﺒﺎرة ِﻓﻲ اﻟﻨ ْ ِ‬ ‫ﻗﺴﻮت ﻓﻲ ِ‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ﻳﻈﻦ‬
‫ّ‬
‫ﻻ ْﺧﺮى‪ ،‬وﻗﺪ ﻻ‬ ‫ﻛﺎﻟﻴﺪَ ﻳْ ِﻦ َﺗ ْﻐ ِﺴ ُﻞ _ا ْﺣ ُ‬
‫ﺪاﻫﻤﺎ ا ‪r‬‬ ‫ﻟﻠﻤﺆﻣﻦ َ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫اﻟﻤ ْﺆ ِﻣ َﻦ‬
‫"إن ُ‬
‫اﻟﻔﺘﺎوى )‪/tag/‬اﻟﻔﺘﺎوى( ‪( :[28/53‬‬
‫ﻧﺤﻤﺪ ﻣﻌﻪ ذﻟﻚ‬
‫َ‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻦ ذﻟﻚ ﻳﻮﺟﺐ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﻈﺎﻓﺔ واﻟﻨ‪É‬ﻌﻮﻣﺔ ﻣﺎ‬
‫ﻳﻨﻘﻠﻊ اﻟﻮﺳﺦ إﻻ ﺑﻨﻮع ﻣﻦ اﻟﺨﺸﻮﻧﺔ‪( ،‬‬
